So, my friend got COVID. Well, her entire family did. So they're quarantining. She's fine, but has some pretty bad symptoms. So she asked me to help her out, get some prescriptions and OTC stuff at this Walgreens, right near both our houses and drop it off on her porch. Sure, is Sunday afternoon, I'm not doing anything else. Go to the pharmacy, easy as pie. Bam, get the Rx. Time to get the OTC stuff via curbside to go and this whole trip will be 15 minutes. Park in the curbside to go parking spot, call the store, tell them who I'm picking up for, "OK we'll be right out." 10 minutes later, nothing. I text her, she says she'll call. 5 minutes later, "OK, they said they'll be right out." Another 5-10 minutes go by, I call again, and then they tell me I need to come in to present my ID. This isn't ideal, because I have a toddler, who hasn't mastered wearing a mask yet, but I could have made it work, if I had just known right away that I needed to go in (like if the guy on the phone had just told me the first time I called?). Also, why can't they just check my ID in the car. Also, if they didn't realize that they needed ID prior to hanging up the first time and didn't have my number to call back, just walk out to my car and tell me. And then, why lie/withold this information from her when she called too?? I finally went inside, and they didn't even care about the inconvenience. Would have easily been a 5 star review for the pharmacy, but the curbside fiasco, waiting almost a half an hour drove that way down. I understand everyone is under a lot of stress/inconvenience with COVID, but like, use common sense/decency. read more

Photoshop lady staff was unwelcomong for questions, no / poor customer service.Hope she gets a happy Labor day!

Not even a star!! I was dropping off my fedex return yesterday and was told that it is too big. It's 48 1/4" by 10" by 10". While Walgreens Seymour location has accepted this same package before. Never going to THIS location again! read more

Worst service ever. I went there to pick up a medication. The cost was over a $100. I asked if there was a cheaper alternative. I was no, take it or leave it. I couldn't afford it. I left. I went to a near by Stop and Shop pharmacy. I asked them the same thing regarding the cost of the drug. The attendant went to a computer came back in about 5-7 minutes. I ended up paying about $10.00. She made an effort to help me. I will never go to a Walgreens pharmacy again. read more

Absolute worse pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Unprofessional, understaffed, poor customer service. Prior to two surgeries I've had (two years apart so nothing has improved from two years ago), my surgeons' staff called in prescriptions I've needed for after my surgeries and both times they weren't ready even when they were called in many hours before. Staff behind the counter are clueless as to how to service customers. You ask a question and they say they will check but never come back with an answer, even when asked multiple times. The place is also filthy. Doesn't appeared to have been cleaned or swept in weeks. read more

Horrible pharmacy, wait in line forever to pick up medication which the staff could care less about.

Just because there is no option for 0 star this pharmacy is a nightmare here in with. 101.3 fever and had to call 5 times because I waited for 17 mi s first they said I was 3 in line and in my turn they disconnected my call, I called a second time and waited for 12 mins they never answered, I called their costumer center the 1800 number and they transferred me to the wrong pharmacy location after waiting for another 14 mins and then finally after 9 minutes I was able to get my prescription problem resolved, there either short staffed or they are just incompetent that they can not operate the drive window, the inside window and the phone., the first time I used this pharmacy when I moved my prescription from a very good and professional pharmacy CVS in Connecticut Ave was a shocker in the drive window had to way for 38 mins because they were so slow! Plus their manger and attitude that time was really unprofessional. I wish a haber other options but unfortunately I will have to put up with this pharmacy. Until I find a better option. read more

This pharmacy is terrible. Two of the last three medications I was prescribed were not available. One was a pain medication prescribed after surgery. The medication I was to begin on Thursday was out of stock - they might have it in in a couple of days; but if I needed it immediately I should call them. Fat chance ! It would be easier to get a call through to the Joint Chiefs of Staff. read more

The worst. Definitely understaffed and they do nothing to correct it. I called last night to see if my prescription was ready. On hold for 41 minutes, a few times it seems as if someone picked up, but it went back to hold again. After 41 minutes, a recording came on saying try again at another time. Called again this morning, on hold for 17 minutes and finally got a person. Do they care? read more

Horribly understaffed pharmacy, so much so that the hours are unpredictable. Sometimes closing HOURS BEFORE posted closing. People need their medicine. This has been going on for over a year. The establishment should be embarrassed. read more

Pharmacy does not fill prescriptions on time, leading you to run out of meds. On two occasions the pharmacist or someone on the staff simply cancelled requested refills of medicines, without any permission from me or my doctor to do so. There have been no explanations or apologies for this recklessness. Sometimes the front desk staff are helpful and sometimes they are impersonal to the point of unprofessionalism. Good bye, Walgreens! And good riddance. read more

The biggest problem is they do not answer their phones, A-1 does not have prescription status to aid caller if meds are ready. Wait time is way too long or never for persons who are ill (or just need refill). Folks who are disabled or and cannot get out, they charge whatever they want for delivery. No staple prices. What is 1 day delivery if provider orders late in day or on a Friday (some stores' pharmacies close all week-end, I do not understand this delivery fee variance in some number of days, that they perpetrate on the public. Drive-up hires some rude and uncaring people to insult and not give them their meds, because their microphone has been broken for years, won't fix it and with car running some cannot hear and those guys think they can refuse us our meds, most of which are paid by insurance and Fed. government AND DID. I once received medicine ointment which had been used and was missing parts. Tried to ask if my script was received in an email, no answer there either. Go Elsewhere! If you cannot let insurance provider and state pharmaceutical agency know about this place. STORE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT, BIG TIME OF BE CLOSED FOR LACK OF PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL SERVICE. read more

I like this Walgreens and been going here since they opened but yesterday was a difference experience...I went to get a birthday card for my father and when I went to check out the kid at the counter did not say ONE word. The lady in front of me also same thing. It was really awkward checking out and someone not even telling me my total but having to look at the screen and figure it out in my own. Haven't experienced that with anyone else there but his clearly needs to work on his customer service skills. read more

Not the absolute worst, but after going to this same pharmacy for YEARS, they still act like they've never seen me before! There is only one person there - a part-timer - who always knows me by name and always takes the time to be friendly and helpful. The only reason I go to this particular pharmacy is convenience. If it weren't for that, I would change back to APEX. read more

Not the worst place, but definitely not the best. Overpriced for sure, and pharmacy service is lacking. One of the employees I've seen a few times back at the pharmacy looks and acts like he hates his job. Please don't call and say, "my prescription is ready" then proceed to tell me when I arrive I'm going to have to wait because it hasn't been filled yet. read more

Super convenient with great parking and a good selection of products. Right across from the local post office.

This Walgreens is probably the worst one I've been to my whole life (so far). First, the cashier that actually rang up my stuff was half awake and didn't respond to me standing right in front of her for a couple of minutes. Second, the first cashier at the main check out sent me away to get rung up at cosmetics because I don't know what the hell for because there was no one ahead of me, she just finished ringing someone up. Possibly because I was Asian, I don't know, but that was rude as hell. read more

The pharmacist today at this Walgreens was less then helpful. When it took longer then she wanted to spend with me she wanted to help the next customer in line. I asked a direct question and she walked away without a response. Clearly her customer service skills are lacking. I am going to transfer my prescriptions to walmart as i had a much better interaction with them a few days ago. read more
