When I questioned this, Megan didn't even know where the line was located on the shelf (so how could she have verified 10 minutes ago) Megan then stated "oh ummm someone just bought it all" No Ma'am, you didn't check stock, it was easier just to say you had it. Megan just stood there lost... I advised her I would've respected her saying "ya know I didn't check when you called, I'm sorry" vs her lying to me about someone wiping out stock. Extremely irritating to call and take time out of my day to spend money with a company who could care less about giving out correct and accurate information to paying customers. No, I did not complain to the owner or stylist, but I should have; I was just upset, and the stylist knew it. I just need to find someone I can trust and who is experienced. I ended up going home and finding a product online that would strip out color gently, and after 3 applications of this product, my hair looked medium brown again instead of black. So disappointed in this local salon; maybe they should monitor or mentor their new hires better. I had gone here before for a trim with a different stylist, and she did do a good job, but she is part-time and is hard to schedule with.

AMAZING class! It was a color class, and let me say I felt like I learned more in the three hours I was there then I learned in school. The instructors of the class were Patty Lehr, Lynn Griglin, and Darlene Burnham... There aren't words to describe how amazing these three women are. They were willing and they took the time to answer any questions that we had and they answered them in a respectful and professional way without making us feel bad about having to ask a question. After the class we were able to stop in the wholesale shop which has a HUGE selection of wholesale Professional Salon Products, from Bracoto, to Paul Mitchell, to you name it and they probably had it. On top of having an awesome merchandised shop the staff here in 'The Space' were so extremely knowledgeable about the products they are selling in their store. You do have to be a Licensed professional in order to buy from this store, but that is not a problem at all. Now Rockdale is quite a drive for me but I say it is 500% worth the drive for the class as well as the customer service and the positive energy you get from just being around such great people. I look forward to taking more classes as well as buying my salon products that I will need in the future! :)

I tried to calm her down so that we could get what we went there for and the worker just continued to follow us around without allowing us to think and speak amongst ourselves. I get that people like to "go above and beyond" at their jobs, but this woman was just too overbearing. She had no respect for our personal space or about the fact that we were speaking to each other. This was our last experience there last night. The 1st time we went there, the same woman worker did the same exact thing and caused my wife to purchase the wrong product because instead of allowing her to make up her mind on her own, she kept pushing wigs in her face and saying "get this one". My wife was so over stimulated she finally just said yes and purchased it and it turned out to be a pony wig instead of a full wig like she needed. The other workers are nice and calm and helpful, but this specific woman needs to calm down and back off. From the time I first walked into the exam room I was treated with empathy and respect. Being prepped by PA Megan a 16 year associate of Dr. Bhatia was wonderful. Dr. Bhatia was amazing. He was kind and explained every step of the way what procedure they were going to do. He talked to me throughout the entire process to keep my nerves at bay. I was bandaged and sent to the waiting room for over 2 hours while the first layer was examined. Then it was back for round two. This time NA Faith was assisting. She was great and gentle reassuring me the whole time. Another layer and again I was bandaged and back to the waiting room for more tissue to be diagnosed this time about 1 1/4 hours. Back to the exam room with NA Faith where I was pronounced cancer free!! Now more fun by younger Dr. Bhatia no relation who is interning who applied several layers of skin graft. Might as well double it up since he said it was very expensive. It was a precision job to do it but it's in place. Then the final bandaging by NA Faith with an appointment back to my Podiatrist for possible plastic surgery. They advise you that you will be spending the day there. 7 hours later they were correct. I left the office with love and respect for everyone that was part of my team. I more than ever agree that 5 stars aren't enough for the wonderful care I received. I would recommend Oak Dermatology for everyone that needs their service. Thank you Staff you are the greatest.
