To which I was told I had to pay $2900 to go back. Fast forward 2 weeks later the school closed down. Fast forward to this past Monday date of 9/18/2023, I spoke with my one of my fellow classmates who told me to reach out to the previous owner Richard Dramato, I have been struggling to get in contact with him to get ahold of my transcript he has been asking repeatedly if I had any money due to the school, to which I responded to my knowledge I did not. He said he will contact the third party company that is holding the transcripts. Fast forward to today 9/21/2023 I have yet to hear anything back from him. I asked for the company's information, no response. I have tried to contact every department within the state that I could think of, as well as had someone tell me to file the complaint as they were unsure what to do. As well as contacted the old director and previous teachers. I am just getting a run around, all to get my transcripts. I was in school roughly 600 of 1500 hours, I would just like my transcripts so I do not have to start from 0 hours. Lastly I would just like my transcripts from a school that has since closed down.

Their selection of polish is minimal and the color I selected had lint in it which the student had to remove several times. She put so many layers on that after I left, it got smeared so badly that I removed polish after getting home. They have no nail dryers. Also, be aware they don't accept cash and although their website says no tipping, that isn't true. No teacher came to check what student did as it says on website. Won't go back for other services after this.

Since I live only a block away, I decided to try this out for a haircut when I moved here 2 years…read moreago. The students have 400 hours before they get to work on customers and a teacher is always nearby to help. First they shampoo and condition your hair. Then in my experience it's often the teacher demonstrating through most of the cut. It takes a little longer but if you have time, I recommend them. And the price is right, only $13 as of March 2023.
