If you are looking for a doctor that coddles you & drags things along, then this isn't your guy. I made an appointment for a consultation & they took x-rays. I hadn't had any recently, if you have them, they won't take them again like others might. Dr. Scheive told me what to expect throughout & at the end, the ladies up front told me how much my insurance would pay & my out of pocket cost. I made an appointment for the next available date in my schedule which was about a week later. I paid my portion & had my procedure. My guy & my daughter came to pick me up, & we went home. They called to check on me & see if I had questions. They told me I could call anytime if needed. Luckily, everything went smoothly. I made a follow up, but if you're doing well, it's not necessary. The dentist's assistant was great. She went through & showed me how to really get in & clean my recently extracted areas. She asked if I wanted to see the doctor & I said it wasn't necessary if everything was good. I would give them 5 stars, but my first time there I waited for about 1.5 -2 hours. They had some kind of emergency which I realize wasn't their fault, but I had expected to go back to work. It would've been nice for them to let me know that it was going to be awhile. Also, right before my procedure, I waited 30-45 minutes to go back. I had the day off so it wasn't a big deal for me, but no one likes to wait. I can imagine if you have high anxiety in these situations, waiting probably makes it worse. My follow up appointment was totally different though. I was in & done within 20-30 minutes. Either way, all of my appointments were during the week so I can't say a Saturday would be better or worse. Overall, the experience was really good. Aside from waiting here & there, everything else was great!

12/11/2019 - So I chose this place based on the first available appointment that I could get…read morebecause literally overnight my right hand went numb and I started having contraction like pains in my wrist and hand and that has been continuing on for a month and a half now and I own two businesses one being a business that does hair and make up for wedding parties every single Friday Saturday and Sunday and of course I am right handed so having a numb hand that is in pain can literally ruin my career so before the appointment I went ahead and got an MRI done by a doctor at the immediate care center and was given prednisone steroid which did not help. On my way to my appointment with Dr.Shuh my appointment time was 10 AM on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 I live five minutes away it was about 9:45 AM and I realized I had forgotten my MRI disk so I called the place to let them know I possibly might be running one or two minutes late and on that morning there was black ice everywhere so when I called to let them know which I probably should not have had to but I did the receptionist or lady who answers the phone said "well can you hurry up? The doctors got to get going here " that was the first red flag I went to the appointment got there right on time and that is when the most awful Doctor came in who blatantly said to me "stop stop stop... You are all over the place you don't know if you're coming or going I'm asking you questions and you're answering them yes and no I'm asking you if this hurts and you are answering them yes and no there is no way that I'm going to be able to rely on any test that I give you because you don't make any sense why did you get this MRI done of your wrist? Now it's showing me a whole set of different problems that are not even related to your issue, plus I am a hand specialist not a wrist doctor, you need to go see your REAL doctor Because he knows you better and if this happened to your left hand five years ago then they should know exactly what's going on with your right hand I would've never ordered you an MRI I would've ordered you an EMG who ordered this test??? Sorry I can't help you" But here's the kicker... I was trying to explain to him that my mother has lupus Crohn's rheumatoid arthritis fibromyalgia and poly myalgia which are all auto immune disorders that I had just gotten tested for a few days ago and was waiting for the results he said "I don't care about your mother I never asked you if she had any of those things we are not talking about your mother we are talking about you" WOW. Then you know what his advice was for me?... "Maybe you should try to take it easy and working " WHAT?! OK I just won't go to work... I also won't take care of my three-year-old daughter that I raise on my own?!? I left there in tears I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a person nonetheless a Doctor Who swore an oath to help his patience I am floored I don't ever write reviews.. in fact, I always get reviews written about me and my business so I get it but I'm sorry if I can save at least one person from misery then that will be my pay it forward! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!! 12/12/2019- I went to my "real doctor "the very next day they did an MRI and x-ray and an EMG right on the spot gave me a Cortizone shot told me I had horrible carpal tunnel tendinitis a ganglion cyst and I have a bone dislocated in my wrist that is making another bone pop out so, my fault I should have never gone to this doctor in the first place I thought since I was in so much pain and this was the first place to have an available appointment at a "hand specialist "who says he only does hands and does not do wrists... I find it a little odd since it's attached to the same body part upper extremity!! It was like night and day going to my doctor versus going here again do not go to this place save yourself some trouble and go to the doctor Anton Fakhouri at Mid-America orthopedics In Makena or Payless 1/24/2020- I went in to have carpal tunnel surgery and my REAL doctor ended up having to do carpal tunnel surgery and arthroscopy , shortening of my Ulna bone and cartilage repair to my wrist and I am in a cast up to my shoulder for the next three weeks. This surgeon and it's staff are simply amazing I cannot wait to give them their review I will not waste the space on here.

If you are in the industry, you know that giving a block in the cheek is usually all it takes, but this woman shot my son 8 times! 8! This indicates that she has a poor knowledge of the nerves in the mouth. The dentists care was completely lacking, she kept looking up to watch the television every 10 seconds while attempting to drill, her office never called me back regarding my much needed root canal, my teeth now have way too much space in between where the cavities were. Went to get another opinion, turns out I didn't need a root canal and my cavities could have healed, they were never that deep at all. This dentist likes to drill just to drill. The front desk staff barely speaks English, quoted me for the cost of dental work and were off by $600. This is by far the worst place to have dental work. Do not trust!!!
