I had a simple question about under eye concealer, girl #1 didn't want to help, than passed me off to girl #2 who did not want to help me and finally passed a 3rd time to someone who knew nothing! I can never get help, they all act like I am bothering them or they are doing me a favor, it is GENZ Hell in there. NEWS FLASH, the mature skin ladies, have the money! Why pass me off 3 times. I was pleasant and nice just looking for guidance. Also this last time visit, I had purchased Tower tinted moisturizer that when I opened it, the bottom exploded all over me and my cloths. It was terrible. The associate was very unconcerned with this, never saying oh no I am sorry, but shamed me that it was past the return period of a few days. I explained I don't like coming in here so I bulk up on products and had just opened this one. She reluctantly made a one time exception, but made sure I knew, never do this again, like I was a child. GAG! No worries, I won't and I won't be back!

I guess they didn't know I was in there, and after the customer checked out and left, decided to talk shit about her. Talked about some costumers before her, and they said they knew she didn't buy enough product for their hair. Why wasn't she informed? Then proceeded to say oh well, she was ugly anyways. More things were said and it was all nasty. Won't be going back to this store, knowing how these 2 girls talk. Really upsetting and uncomfortable. One of them was the girl with the patchy blonde hair. Didn't see the other girl. She hid in the back once they knew I was there
