Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the calming aromatic scents, the clean and inviting ambiance, and the sweet receptionist, Misha. Misha was polite, friendly, and very informative, which made for a great first impression. In the treatment room, I was given clear instructions on how everything would work. I started with the Hydro-Vichy shower--such an interesting and unique experience! It's a warm shower with at least five shower heads providing firm pressure over your entire body (except your face). The treatment began with a full-body cleanse, followed by a gentle exfoliation, and ended with a refreshing rinse. Afterward, I received a massage from Lynn, and wow, she truly worked magic! Her medium pressure was perfect, and she was attentive, thorough, and incredibly kind throughout the session. Definitely recommend her--10/10! Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Massage Felax & Spa, for such an enjoyable visit!

What a great experience. Annie took the time to listen to my concerns about the bags under my eyes…read moreand then made recommendations on how to best approach treatment. We discussed other areas where I wanted to look more "well rested"and Annie came up with a treatment plan over several phases. I'm happy to report I just finished my second treatment and when I look in the mirror I see younger eyes and fuller lips and an overall more rested looking face. I wanted something that looked natural and Annie definitely delivered. Now, I can't wait to return for the next phase. As someone who's in their wiser years I appreciate the consultative approach that Annie took by not only addressing my aesthetic look but also the health and improvement of my skin texture and elasticity. I've already recommended Annie to several of my friends and family members. If you're looking for someone who offers a full range of services and where you can be confident in their expertise, then look no further, Annie is the person to see.

I reached out to Aesthetic Intelligence through their website because I had several questions about…read moretheir services and pricing before deciding whether I wanted to move forward. Instead of answering my questions, the conversation turned into trying to get me to pay $100 nonrefundable deposit to book a consultation for my questions. As a potential client, I don't think it's unreasonable to want basic information before committing money to a consultation. I repeatedly tried to get answers to my questions so I could determine whether their services were a good fit and within my budget. Unfortunately, I never received the information I was asking for. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.

There are several rooms as other reviews mentioned but it seems like they serve different purposes. Every time I've had a facial it's been in the same room, but the head spa happened to be in a different one. They tell me what each step is during the service and why it's important, and even ask about stressors like work or lack of sleep during every appointment to adjust the treatment as needed. Recently after my facial I complained admit my scalp and they mentioned they offer a head spa service, which I booked for the next day. My hair and scalloped have never felt so clean! When I got there 2 weeks after it expired, she was extremely rude right off the bat saying she said yes to extending but thought she'd hear from me sooner to which I apologized and said I got caught up in the holidays. She was outright rude to the point I was uncomfortable staying and even offered to pay her but skip the service. She told me let's go ahead but she has an apt right after and because I was a few min late she wouldn't have a lot of time. My apt was set at 12:30, I arrived at 12:35 and apologized profusely but I had issues finding her and my phone died. This was supposed to be one hour and I fully expected it to be less due to me being late but it was literally 1 when I left meaning my facial was about 20 min; not sure why she even bothered at that point. I was happy to leave because I was uncomfortable anyway. My face was bright red when leaving and she also made a few pokes at my dermatologist and suggested I have a liver disease by my face which didn't make me feel too great. I realize everyone has bad days but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business EDIT: in response to her response below just so nobody is fooled, the facial gift certificate was 100% a 60 min certificate. I got it for my bday from a friend. That's just a blatant lie and speaks volumes about the ethics of this woman. She is correct that I did offer to pay and leave literally because i was terrified of being alone in the room with her. I also kept my eyes open the whole time.. i did tip her though, I regretted it immediately but unfortunately I have a tendency to be too nice
