They should have at least said something and not let me wait there in line to have it be my turn and then Just walk away. No wonder Walgreens is not doing well as a business.

    So, this was the final straw with not only this location, but the Corporation. I get a text with…read moremedicine symbols, not words saying my Mothers scripts were ready for pick-up. I sent my husband and he picked up 2 scripts and had zero idea about what they were, just that I told him I was notified and to pick them up. imagine my surprise when one of the prescriptions was for a medicine we reported to them that my Mom was allergic (and was from 6 months ago) and the 2nd was for an inhaler which we was prescribed after having a stroke a year ago. We never filled it!! She didn't need it. So, I called and said they made a terrible mistake and guess what their response was? well, you walked out of the store with them, so too bad. The bags were still stapled! we didn't open them! So, I called Corporate and I'm still waiting after 3 weeks. Listen, take my advice and either find some other pharmacy (they could have killed my Mom) or, make sure they tell you exactly what they filled before you even touch the bags. It's o wonder they are closing Walgreens across the country! who fills a script from 11 1/2 months ago??? What's wrong with the pharmacists? My Mom had a terrible reaction to one of the meds and had to be taken in, and they filled it even after it was documented??? and they won't give a senior back her money??? Run and find a pharmacy with professionals who pay attention and actually care. BTW..this was not during their "rush hour," so there is zero excuse. and while some people might think $100 isn't a lot of money, to a senior that had 2 strokes and lives off of Social security, it is a lot of money. Greedy company that steals from an old sick woman. Shame on you.

This was not just going to be my regular appointment with her (color touch-up for grey roots and thinning out/trimming my shoulder length, brown, super thick, curly hair--which she does so beautifully anyway! ;) Chrissy has been my personal hair stylist and good friend for several years. I told her I wanted to change my hair color from boring brown and add in hints of strawberry-blonde highlights while touching up my grey roots. She always listens and explains how and what she will actually do, before she proceeds, which educates me along the way. I love her enthusiasm, offering creative solutions---yet always checking in with me to make sure I am comfortable and content. Wow, she delivered again! I walked out with this sparkling, strawberry-blonde set of partial highlights and a smooth, bouncy blowout, feeling very confident and pretty!! Yes! Finally, Chrissy is so kind and sincere. Her warmth and dedication is unmatched because she TRULY CARES and WANTS you to look awesome!     I lost $40 in rewards and nearly lost my apartment-and Bath & Body Works did nothing…read more I'm beyond disappointed with the treatment I received at the Bath & Body Works in Glendale Heights, IL, especially from one of the shift managers, Erin. $40 in rewards were used without my permission-not by me--by one of the associates processing my purchase--and when I brought it to Erin's attention, she refused to help. She told me to call customer service. I did. I was on the phone for over an hour. They promised to follow up by email. I never heard back. My $40 was entirely gone. Then, a candle I purchased from Bath & Body Works exploded and nearly set my apartment on fire. Flames came from the outside of the candle & entirely caught fire to the entire wrapping & engulfed the entire product. I am lucky I caught it in time. I brought it back to the same store, upset, shaken, and concerned. Erin laughed in my face. She showed zero concern for the safety hazard and refused to exchange the candle. Again, she told me to "just call customer service." I explained I already had-and they didn't help. I asked if she, as a manager, had any authority to do something. She laughed again and said she didn't, & to call customer service. This is not just bad customer service-it's dangerous negligence. I've lost money, time, and trust. And I'm speaking up so others are aware. Bath & Body Works: do better. Your customers deserve to feel safe and respected. I will never be shopping at Bath & Body Works again & will be sharing this experience with everyone I know to warn others.

    Will never step foot in this location again. I was 5th in line with ONE register open. 2 sales…read morepeople on the floor and 2 behind the counter literally just refilling bags. After 8 minutes in line I ask if they could open another register. There were now 6 more people behind me. She rudely said yep when she's finished doing what she is. 7 more minutes, SEVEN minutes she continues just stocking bags with a line of probably now 12 people! This is not the first time either they just have 1 register open, a huge line and associates standing around. Terrible management!!!!!
