I went in the store the nice young lady at the register greeted me from there and walking through trying to find help and a Latino lady was walking towards me so I asked her for help and she just pointed me in a direction and walked off and then I seen another Latino guy wasn't for sure if he worked there because there was another guy walking around with him the whole time talking which he had on regular clothes so he was preoccupied so I tried to find what I need and when I got to the register I shared with the young lady my concerned and she deeply apologized and tried to get me with another worker but by the time I walked to her someone got her, I looked back and see the same latino lady gathered in the middle of the floor with a Latino family hugging on kids and having a whole conversation so I proceeded back to the front checked out and got home and it's the wrong shade of what I needed. I will not be back, terrible service. I believe it was just the staff for that particular day sadly.

During the process, there was constant steam on my face which felt nice and she was very communicative with the products she was using, what they do, and if it was going to be hot, cold, spicy, etc. It was about 20 minutes long. My skin looked great afterwards! After she was done she made product recommendations but I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. During the class you'll be able to pick your vessel and choose up to 3 scents for the candle. Choosing the scents was definitely the most tedious/time consuming part especially when trying to mix scents. After mixing the hot wax with the selected scent and pouring into the vessel, it needs to sit ~ 2 hours. Perfect opportunity to walk around the Blakeney Shopping center! They'll also hold the candles so you can pick-up at a later date. Items in the store were 10% off while there for the class. A glass of mimosa was included as well! The class was an hour long and cost $47.00. Would recommend!
