Elizabeth is amazing always gets my Silk Press just right. Love that we always speak about scalp health before she walks me over to the bowl to start my wash. I was though very disappointed on the girls upfront and there lack off professionalism. They were over loud ,talking about personal things this is the second time I have encountered this. Last time an employee came in loud needed to bring there kid to use the bathroom than started spinning the kid on the chair and as well being disruptive. read more

The worst experience I have ever had with my hair. I asked for a simple blow out, no curls just a good amount of volume. It appeared to me my stylist might have been new, she had two people come and help her because she didn't know what to do. It also took her over 75 mins to do a a simple "blow out". I left with my hair flat and greasy from all the product. I had to go home quickly shower and do my hair myself but I was still late to prom photos. I feel that a blow out bar should be able to do a blow out, but that was not the case yesterday. I will post my reference photo and what I left with. read more

I haven't given this place a shot and I live ten minutes away, so I decided on a whim to get a blow out prior to a quick trip out of town. The place is lovely. The stylist was nice. The good stops there. My hair was simply blown dry- not out. I paid $44 plus tip to have my hair dried the same as I could have done in 10-15 minutes at home. It was not like anything I've ever had done in a salon before. Save your cash and go to 1860 or the Daily Details. I'm so close to this place, so it's disappointing. I had my (long) pair washed and dried in about 20 minutes! That is not a blow out! It was flat and limp by by dinner time. I cannot tell you how upset and disappointed I am about this. Perhaps now I k ow why it's always empty when I go by. Save your money and do it yourself, if you just want a wash and dry. But, I was able to get a nice gel manicure next door at Aloha. read more

Sorry!!!! Not sure of stylists name but walked in around 2:15 on 10/15/19 Just not the greatest!! Hair was slightly still damp when I left, had to come home to finish drying it! Just a shorter bob--but whole blowout was not more than 15 minutes!! Tons of product in hair, which I am not a fan of!! Shame on me---did not say anything at checkout and left the lowest tip shown on screen, which was still 20%!! So, a costly under par blowout--we live and learn but cannot pass your name on with good rating!! read more

Such a wonderful experience. After discussing my hair goals with Jamie my stylist, my hair was washed, my scalp was massaged and then my hair was blown dry. Well...... I booked 2 appts for 12 yr olds. The cost on the website said $30 per child. However, it did state the density of hair had a factor. At the appointment we meet the stylists they both saw the girls and their hair before they started. They took the girls back and completed the blowouts. At check out the fee went from $30 to $44 per girl. The problem I have are two issues: A) you had the opportunity at the start to tell me the price would be different so I could make a decision if I had enough money to cover the upcharge. B) when I discussed this with you the website age for a child moved from 12 to 10 overnight. The owner has my number and I'm hoping she'll call to explain but maybe not. read more

I thought I would try this place as I frankly did not want to wash and blow out my hair. I made an appointment same day for a basic blowout . Kathy was my stylist and initially I wasn't sure what she was doing pinning my hair as she was drying it but what a very pleasant surprise when she took the pins out. My hair looked amazing with a soft sexy look. Too bad I didn't have any place special to go. I booked a follow up appointment for a social occasion coming up. The price is very reasonable and the staff very friendly. Definitely recommend. read more

This is my first review. But I feel very strongly so figured I would share my experience with this salon. Went in for a confirmed appointment for hair styling (adding clip in hair extensions and curls) for my bridal brunch is that same day. Arrived on time. And appointment was confirmed twice beforehand to Make sure the day went smoothly. As soon as I arrived, I was Greeted by a very rude hair stylist. She took up 10 minutes just to tell me she didn't know my hair style would require more than the allotted 30 minutes and stated she had another appointment in 15 minutes and would start but couldn't promise she could finish. Almost in tears, I said okay called another salon (fresh salon) who was so kind and said please come in and they would happily do what they could. The job was done in 30 minutes and the staff couldn't be kinder and more accommodating. H2 blo was very unprofessional, rude and I highly recommend against going here for important events. read more
