During the class you'll be able to pick your vessel and choose up to 3 scents for the candle. Choosing the scents was definitely the most tedious/time consuming part especially when trying to mix scents. After mixing the hot wax with the selected scent and pouring into the vessel, it needs to sit ~ 2 hours. Perfect opportunity to walk around the Blakeney Shopping center! They'll also hold the candles so you can pick-up at a later date. Items in the store were 10% off while there for the class. A glass of mimosa was included as well! The class was an hour long and cost $47.00. Would recommend!

I went in the store the nice young lady at the register greeted me from there and walking through trying to find help and a Latino lady was walking towards me so I asked her for help and she just pointed me in a direction and walked off and then I seen another Latino guy wasn't for sure if he worked there because there was another guy walking around with him the whole time talking which he had on regular clothes so he was preoccupied so I tried to find what I need and when I got to the register I shared with the young lady my concerned and she deeply apologized and tried to get me with another worker but by the time I walked to her someone got her, I looked back and see the same latino lady gathered in the middle of the floor with a Latino family hugging on kids and having a whole conversation so I proceeded back to the front checked out and got home and it's the wrong shade of what I needed. Along with the long wait for the register, there is a pretty involved impulse buying section that funnels you in towards the register. I guess it also gives you something to look at while you are waiting your turn. Probably due to the onslaught of people that day, the store was a little in disarray, but I have a feeling that it probably is usually tidy and organized. I used to work at a full line Nordstrom years ago, so I know quality when I see it. That's why I love the Rack because you can always expect good brands at better prices than you'd find at the full line store. To some people, Nordstrom Rack still feels a little pricey for a discount store, but you really have to compare it to the original full line price tags. I live in the NoDa area, and I will say this location was a bit farther out than I expected, about 25 minutes from my house. I was honestly surprised that there isn't a Nordstrom Rack closer to the city. This one is more on the outskirts, which is fine, but it does make quick trips or exchanges a little less convenient. Yes, you can return items at the full line Nordstrom, but sometimes you just want to browse and see what's new. Parking here was easy, and the store itself was clean and well organized. Coming from Houston and then Florida, I wasn't used to seeing so many coats in stock, so that actually caught my attention. They had a big winter selection, and I ended up leaving with a super cute trench coat, a puffer jacket, and a couple of other cold weather pieces since I know Charlotte winters are going to be colder. Got confirmation and pick up time for the Blakeney Target. Purchased at 4:00 pick up time was 6:00. We go to the store closer to 5 pm in hopes of getting it when it was ready. There were lots of the specific TV we chose on their shelves so we were confident it would be simple to get. We showed up at the pick up area and it wasn't ready so we left and came back at 6:00. Just before the clock hit 6:00 pm our order changed to unavailable. We had to choose another location or the order would cancel. We hurried back to the customer service pick up area and checked. We were told it was not here. So you guessed it. We went back to the electronics department to check and see if the TVs were all gone. Nope . Still several TVs on their shelves so we carried the TV up to customer service desk to get them to fix this . No one would. They all looked lost. We were standing there holding the very TV we had paid for and had the paid receipt for and yet the app said "no longer available" so the Manager in charge - Cam was called to assist. He continued to apologize but would not give us the TV. After 20 minutes of logical questions and pressing him to call someone who could do something Cam again continued to say - "Sorry but you have to go to some other location that the app shows has it in stock or cancel your order and repurchase it and he would give me the TV. " The issue was the bank had already removed my money from my account because we had purchased it online on the Target dot com website- so if I cancelled the order the money would not be available for 2-5 business days. There was no other money available to repurchase the TV . We had to drive to South Carolina to Indian Land to pick up a TV that was in stock because the manager was incompetent and could not fix the problem. Epic Customer Service FAILURE.
