Very helpful staff. I love this store and it's scents! A little pricey, but fragrances I don't find elsewhere.

She is a great educator who is clearly passionate about this craft! I especially appreciate how she keeps the formulas for each scent so we can return and purchase another bottle. We also purchased the universal base layer oil and have been in LOVE with it! The oil's fragrance lasts all day and the oil itself and thick and moisturizing. We cannot wait to return!

GREAT EXPERIENCE, BUT OUR CARS WERE BOOTED DUE TO UNCLEAR PARKING INFORMATION…read more My date and I genuinely enjoyed our experience at Note & Accord. The fragrance making session was fun, unique, and a great date experience. The actual experience itself deserves a great review. Unfortunately, what happened with the parking completely changed how the evening ended. My date and I actually arrived approximately an hour early. We parked in the back parking area and remained there for the entire hour before our session. No one approached us, told us that we couldn't park there, or warned us that our vehicles could be booted. Had we known, we obviously would have moved our vehicles and parked on the street. There were five couples in our session, and several of us parked our vehicles in the back parking lot. My date and I drove separately. At the end of the session, we all went outside and discovered that our vehicles had been booted. The other guests stated that they had to pay $250 per vehicle to have the boots removed. I paid cash and was charged $200 for mine. Either way, this was a significant and completely unexpected expense. What bothered me most was the lack of clear communication BEFORE the session. My date made the reservation and did not receive an email advising him not to park in the back lot or warning that vehicles parked there could be booted. What was even more frustrating was that at the very END of the session, the owner mentioned the booting situation and told us that we should have parked on the street instead of in the back parking lot. By the time this information was shared, it was already too late, our vehicles had been booted. If the owner was aware that vehicles parked in the back lot were subject to being booted, this is extremely important information that should have been communicated before guests arrived or, at the very least, at the beginning of the session. Not at the very end. And my biggest concern is: What if someone didn't have an extra $200-$250 available to have the boot removed? Not everyone can unexpectedly come up with hundreds of dollars on the spot. Imagine enjoying your evening and then discovering that you cannot leave because you don't have the money available to have your vehicle released. That could put someone in a very difficult and stressful situation. The fact that we were sitting in the back parking area for an entire hour before our appointment without being warned, combined with multiple guests from the same session having their vehicles booted, makes the lack of clear parking instructions even more concerning. This could easily be prevented by putting a very noticeable warning in every booking confirmation: DO NOT PARK IN THE BACK PARKING LOT. STREET PARKING ONLY. VEHICLES PARKED IN THE LOT ARE SUBJECT TO BOOTING. I want to be fair because we truly enjoyed Note & Accord and the fragrance-making experience itself was great. However, spending money on an experience and then walking outside to an additional $200-$250 expense per vehicle is an awful way to end a wonderful date. Hopefully, management takes this seriously and makes the parking restrictions unmistakably clear to guests BEFORE they arrive, especially since the booting issue was known and mentioned by the owner at the end of our session. For anyone planning to visit: DO NOT PARK IN THE BACK LOT. Confirm exactly where you're permitted to park before going inside.

10/10 recommend this store, and skincare expert, Jaliza! Recently my contraception changed and I…read morefound my hormonal breakouts to be just awful. I went into the store looking for answers -- and man did I find them!! When I first arrived Jaliza greeted me with a smile, asked me if she could help, took the time to hear my concerns and then helped me pick out products that were right for me. She educated me on proper use, and what I might expect after starting use. In the past I have used and liked the M-61 exfoliating pads - so I was drawn to trying other items from their line. I have sensitive acne prone skin and have always struggled to find products that would keep my acne at bay - while also not creating new issues. I'm now using the M-61 PowerGlow Pro+ Cleanser every 3 days and my skin is just radiant! I was thankful that she told me not to use it daily, as I think it would really dry out my face.. but it works like a charm! 10/10. I was suffering with really deep blemishes along by chin, and struggling to treat them.. now I'm preventing them. Took a total 180!! She suggested the M-61 blemish lotion for spot treating, I think this product really helped to reduce the blemishes I had in the beginning, it worked really fast but wasn't overly strong. Lastly, I decided to give the M-61 tinted perfect sunscreen a go.. it's been great! I'm not one to wear foundation, I prefer a light tinted sun protection in its place. The line is 100% paraben free, synthetic fragrance free, and allergy tested... she knocked this one out of the park! I can't wait to visit her when it's time for a new supply to see how else she can improve my daily routine.

I was on the hunt for the Huda Beauty powder and was happy to see they had it in stock. The only issue? I wasn't totally sure which shade would match my skin tone. The beauty advisors were incredibly helpful, one of them even mentioned she loved the same product, and another took the time to help me find the perfect shade. That kind of hands-on help makes such a difference. I was also looking for a specific travel-size perfume spray, and they actually went in the back to check inventory and other stores to really track it down for me. Unfortunately, they didn't have it, but I found something really similar that worked just as well. They also ran out of one of my favorite glosses, but I spotted the last one near the register (small wins!). To help with the inconvenience of not having the spray I originally wanted, they offered me another sample size, which I really appreciated. The store itself was clean, organized, and well-staffed plenty of support without feeling overwhelmed. Honestly, the team here was friendlier than my hometown location (Mayfair Mall). Overall, such a positive shopping experience. I'd absolutely stop back in next time I'm in town to browse more!

She gave me a couple Sephora-brand recs but told me that I could also just get some packs on Amazon along with the glue and they would work just as well, last just as long. This location is pretty busy inside the mall, but there's a wide selection of pretty much everything and plenty of floor associates available to help with questions. I like the Sephora brand products as well as NARS, first aid beauty, benefit and makeup forever. @azfitfoodfun

The first time I went I I was not greeted and looked up and down just to be ignored although there were other "customers". I went to the Fragrance Outlet which was unfortunately closed on Sunday's, so in a pinch of time I ended up having to return to this establishment. The second time I went in there was no customers and there was still no greeting. The associate Kenyatta who I ultimately purchased ONE BOTTLE of "Versace Yellow Diamond" from was in the store both times and overlooked me continuing her conversation with her coworker until the associate/manager had to ask her to assist me. She displayed a lackluster attitude and very little customer interaction. I felt like I was buying cigarettes instead of a fine fragrance and the ONLY REASON I decide to purchase any way besides being last minute was to flex on these #03$. The price was good but I expected to be treated like a customer in a perfume store and at least offered similar fragrances besides the cheap discount fragrances cause I spent over $40 (I spent double). I got one out of 4 Frangrances I was looking for at a fair price.

We entered through our hotel and sat in what we later found out was the yoga studio waiting area. We were clearly seen by two employees, but no one greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. Around 2:25 p.m., I finally asked about our appointment and discovered we had been waiting in the wrong place. I was surprised that no one thought to check on us. If the yoga studio was closed, it seemed unusual to have guests just sitting in the waiting area without anyone saying anything. Thankfully, Sydney quickly stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She was kind and incredibly helpful. The massage itself was fantastic and more than made up for the rough start. Sydney and Alesia were both attentive and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, we left happy, and I would recommend them.
