When I first arrived Jaliza greeted me with a smile, asked me if she could help, took the time to hear my concerns and then helped me pick out products that were right for me. She educated me on proper use, and what I might expect after starting use. In the past I have used and liked the M-61 exfoliating pads - so I was drawn to trying other items from their line. I have sensitive acne prone skin and have always struggled to find products that would keep my acne at bay - while also not creating new issues. I'm now using the M-61 PowerGlow Pro+ Cleanser every 3 days and my skin is just radiant! I was thankful that she told me not to use it daily, as I think it would really dry out my face.. but it works like a charm! 10/10. I was suffering with really deep blemishes along by chin, and struggling to treat them.. now I'm preventing them. Took a total 180!! She suggested the M-61 blemish lotion for spot treating, I think this product really helped to reduce the blemishes I had in the beginning, it worked really fast but wasn't overly strong. Lastly, I decided to give the M-61 tinted perfect sunscreen a go.. it's been great! I'm not one to wear foundation, I prefer a light tinted sun protection in its place. The line is 100% paraben free, synthetic fragrance free, and allergy tested... she knocked this one out of the park! I can't wait to visit her when it's time for a new supply to see how else she can improve my daily routine.

Then, they show you to the fragrance wall to smell and choose your scent. Then, they bring you back to the table to guide you through making your candle step by step. You can come back and they'll refill it for $10 with the same scent or a different scent. I thought that was odd - why not pay as you go? - but she told me that is how she does business and she assured me that if my 91 year old uncle died, she would refund the money fully for appointments not used. Then in September 2023 she sent an email about scheduling for 2024 and I had to schedule immediately (and pay) for the next year because she said that appointments were almost full. My then 92 year old uncle only wanted every other month appointments so I paid $620 for 2024. Unfortunately, my uncle died before using his 2024 appointments. Although Melissa asked me to give her two months for a refund, which I did, and she sent me a photo of the refund precessing a month ago - still no refund and only long, dramatic diatribes instead from her. This was my experience and I would not recommend this company and would not want other customers to fight for refunds and deal with all of this nonsense. I believe she just got back from a month long vacation which makes it worse. I hope this helps others who may be thinking of using her services.

We were greeted and asked if there was something in particular that we were looking for. My family members were actually looking for specific items. I always like to check out the crochet hairs. I was guided in that direction and they were assisted by the workers. I chose not to purchase anything at that moment being that I just wanted to check out the store. However, my family members did pick up a few items and they were even given some samples. They give a 10% discount if you are a student or emergency worker (fire, police,etc). The two images are from my August 2022 visit. The second time I visited, I actually needed some braiding hair. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two ladies. They both greeted me and asked me if I was looking for anything and if I needed help. I said no, but I asked for the braiding hair aisle and one lady directed me to them (two aisles). I said thank you and started looking. The lady helping me asked if there was a certain color and length I was looking for. I told her and she directed me to a specific area. It was, indeed what I was looking for. She grabbed them for me and told me that she would hold them at the front while I continued to look through the store. The other lady asked me what style I am doing and if I needed any additional products and even lead me to a braiding gel. I found that very helpful being that sometimes I can forget about additional items. The customer service is AMAZING! This will be my "go-to" beauty supply store.

Therefore, it's a barefoot massage that involves using bare feet to apply strokes, assisted stretching the muscles. It's freaking awesome. I'm totally weirded out by feet, but I needed this. It the room looks all BDSMish, but it's totally not. She uses drilled poles to steady herself. I was so apprehensive but excited at the same time. Mare's sweet disposition put me at ease. I really valued my experience because I didn't think about her bare feet. I was relieved and listened to the flute and waves. If you're open and want to try a different type of massage, then this is a viable option. Did I mention they take FSA/HSA, too? Check of their list if serves. It seems they have a host of great medspa offerings such as IV Hydration, Sauna, inferred, and salon services.
