I want to start with a small disclaimer: I ordered from here via DoorDash while having a "staycation" at a nearby hotel. Therefore my review won't include ambiance or service notes. I rarely, if ever, do reviews for food that I've had delivered. That said, the tacos that I got from Seoul Taco this evening were TOO GOOD not to recommend. I was ravenous, and after taking my first bite, I ate them so dang fast that I completely neglected to take a picture. I got three Seoul tacos (one beef, one chicken, one pork), with an extra side of Seoul sauce (in blind anticipation of needing more sauce). Every flavor was phenomenal--full of flavor and very generous portion in each taco. I can't even pick a favorite--they were ALL that GOOD! The Seoul sauce is delicious too, and while they put plenty on the taco to begin with, I happily drowned them in more. Definitely don't skip the tacos! I did also try the kimchi fried rice, which was just okay. Not bad, but maybe not for me personally. I can't knock it though. I also got a miso caramel cookie which was the perfect sweet ending to my meal, albeit not very strong on the miso. I can't WAIT to try more from this place and go visit in person. read more

So delicious! I never know what I'm going to order each time. I visit Seoul Taco because how can I choose one favorite?! Here are some recent orders... taco trio (one pork, one steak, one chicken), Seoul Nachos, Gogi bowl with steak, extra protein in the form of spicy pork, no rice, Gochujang on the side, add soul sauce and wasabi sauce, Steak quesadilla with double steak, and kimchi. Yum! I have to admit, I'm really happy that they got rid of the Excel soda dispenser and now have diet Dr Pepper on tap! Service is always quick and the restaurant is always clean. Orders are always churned out quick with accuracy! Workers are nice, and the fast casual vibes always top tier. The chesterfield location is no exception. Ooooo. I love Seoul Taco! I was first introduced to them many years ago via their food truck. I was so happy when they got a brick and mortar spot. The ambiance reminds me of a California surf shop. I love that they have a few video games to play. You can order ahead online, at the counter or at the kiosk. They have a pretty simple menu. It's basically Korean food served Mexican style. I like the protein option of tofu. My go-to order is the Gogi bowl. A great blend of greens, rice and protein choice. They have fountain Coke products and various bottled beverages. The food here is so flavourful, filling, and unlike anything I've had before. How can you not be interested in Mexican Korean fusion cuisine? I ordered the bulgogi tacos and not only was the portion huge but every bite was fresh, tangy, salty, and well balanced. It just works. I also got to try some of my boyfriend's burrito and how has no one ever thought of putting kimchi fried rice in a burrito? It's amazing. And the burrito is big enough for 3 meals. We also got the chips with queso to share and the cheese was very gooey and cheesy so I recommend as a side even though you will be full enough without them. Can't recommend this place enough, there's such a cool vibe too with artwork and merchandise hung around so it's very pleasant to sit and eat. It's a fun colorful vibe with great music. The staff is friendly. Your order comes up pretty fast. I love the tacos too and the burritos. It's always hard to decide which entree to get because they are all so tasty. The bowl has rice, mixed greens, your choice of protein and a fried egg on top. They add a dab of a spicy Korean sauce on the side - gochujang. Mix it all together and you have one of the best Korean meals! If we are in neighborhood and need something quick but delicious, Seoul Taco is like our lunch cafeteria as first option! Pretty viable Manu options from taco Gogi bowls, also a lot of light snack options if you don't want to go for a "full size" meal. My kid loves their quesadillas while I usually get three tacos. Meat is well flavored, mixed with toppings and a bit cilantro for flavor. Not only food, you would also be attracted by their retro style of indoor decor, you find the 80th gaming stands, fusion of Asian and American. The only reason I give 4 stars is the quality of food could be a bit consistent, I guess it depends on chef or whoever in kitchen, the taco I have today is a bit too watery and it get the taco shell too wet, even it's fresh cooked as dine-in. Visited on a Friday around 6:30 PM, and the place was completely empty -- probably our first red flag. We went ahead and ordered burritos $15+ each. The food was just okay. What stood out more was the overall condition of the restaurant: boiling hot inside (81 degrees), lots of flies buzzing around, and a level of cleanliness everywhere that left a lot to be desired. I eat here like once a week, this is my favorite spot to eat in St Louis. I usually order the nachos, but I've tried the burrito and the quesadilla and I enjoyed every last one of them. The meat is marinated to perfection and the vibes are so hip but calm. The marinade is kind of sweet, but there's different types of proteins, such as chicken, steak, pork, and even tofu. The artwork is nice to look at and you see so many diverse groups of people enjoying the food. My local Seoul Taco knows me by name, that's how committed I am. Out trying something different today and this was it. The general idea is to take a menu typical of a Qdoba and use Korean ingredients. What results is an interesting and somewhat tasty creation. I went with the bulgagi (probably mispelled) burrito. Imagine a large burrito stuffed with rice, a slaw or salad of sorts and then the meat. I thought the meat and slaw had good flavor together. The rice had a season or something that didn't work for me. Unfortunately half the burrito was rice. I picked around it and still walked away full. They have a soda fountain and some aqua frescas. I even saw churros on the dessert menu so maybe it's more Mexican than Korean??? The facility was kind of spacious and featured a few arcade games. The staff was friendly and I had no concerns about cleanliness. The burrito and a drink came out to about $16 so a little steep on price. To be fair I might have gone 4 stars but I just can't get over the rice and price. I may still go back and just pick differently next time so I still recommend trying it yourself. read more

This is my PSA because I can't find any other reviews of them. Cheesy Corn Elote Bites are actually just what feels like boxed powdered garlic mashed potatoes, 3-4 kernels of plain corn and chives deep fried. Great burritos filled with bulgogi, Kim chi fried rice, cheese, lettuce, sauce , wrapped in a flour tortilla. Then you've got the cheese corn quesadilla and that was a flavor bomb. So good! I love Seoul Taco. Their food is always fresh. This location has an easy kiosk to order from when you walk in This visit we ordered the Munchwrap Supreme, a burrito and a side of sweet potato fries. I love their bulgogi steak so I always order that as my protein. It's so flavorful and is a perfect addition to every dish. The Munchwrap Supreme was delicious. It was filled with cheese, kimchi, refried beans, green onion and comes with a side of gochujang sour cream. There were a ton of beans in my wrap - I love refried beans so this wasn't an issue for me. If beans aren't your thing you may want to have them left out (which is really easy to do with their ordering system!). The flavors in the wrap were amazing. Savory salty flavors from the cheese and steak, a little sourness from the kimchi, a little spice from the steak and the gochujang sour cream. It was really well balanced and not over the top spicy which I liked. Their sweet potato fries are nothing special, but they come with Seoul Sauce which is a little spicy and creamy which makes them unique. My partner loves their burrito. It has their kimchi fried rice inside which is really tasty and unique. You won't find food like this anywhere else, so it's definitely worth a try if you're in the area. read more

The burrito is banging. The quesadilla was extremely soggy to a point where you can't eat it with your hands. It just falls apart. Tasty as a mf though. Nachos were good, but something felt lacking; more sauce? Maybe I'm too used to beans and I miss them, but they were definately missing a factor and I felt a hole in my heart while finishing up the last scraps. Haven't had the gogu bowl, but the name itself is subject to many memes between me and my husband, i.e. "average gogi bowl enjoyer", "POV it's been days without a gogi bowl", "imagine never have eaten a gogi bowl, couldn't be me (it totally is.)" Even though it costs a little more, I always opt for the steak as my protein. My go to order is the gogi bowl since it has a good mix of veggies with protein. Had lunch here today with a friend and we both enjoyed our gogi bowls with bibimbap. Very tasty and fresh. We also shared churros as they were out of pot stickers. The employees were very helpful and our food came out quickly and nice and hot! The space is large with plenty of seating. Parking is easy with a large lot associated with the shopping center. This location is not that good, I had ordered the burrito and the chicken was only on the end and I called about it and the manager was just like "oh well", and I asked for the manager and he was it. Horrible customer service and when I said there was no chicken on it he said "well didnt you say its on the end", legit only on the end and it was a whole bite of chicken. Not appetizing. I told him I had the other locations and he said theyre not the same? He was very strange and I asked for the GM and he said I will have to call when he comes in when he is needed? He wasnt very nice. Never coming here again. Compared to the others 0 stars. I understand working with food I have been a Manager and General Manager, but seemingly these people arent loving or helpful, theyre argumentative, and are in leadership. After arguing he then offered a remake but said "what do you want me to do make you another burrito", and i just refused because it wasnt about just the food at this point it was about the customer service. The food had great flavor! The meat tasted like it was marinated and the chips had just the right amount of salt. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the dumplings, I like sweeter sauce and they were a little pricey for three dumplings. I would definitely come back here. Had an impromptu dinner at Seoul Taco. Surprisingly, the place was not packed on a Saturday night. The staff were very friendly and answered our questions about the menu and gave us food suggestions as this was our first visit. We ended up getting a taco sampler (one chicken, one pork and one steak). The spicy pork and bulgogi steak were our favorites for the tacos! The chicken taco had some pineapple flavors but it wasn't our favorite. We also tried an order of the pot stickers and one bulgogi steak burrito. The potstickers were tasty but super tiny, so you'd need at least 2-3 orders to make up 1 regular size portion. The bulgogi steak burrito stole the show! The marrying of flavors of the marinated meat coupled with the veggies, rice and special sauce were extraordinary. It was evident that they use fresh ingredients and authentic spices in their food. Overall the restaurant had a very welcoming, fun, young vibrant vibe. The decor was bright, colorful and cool. There are ample seating and clean restrooms.
