Giving this a 4 stars not because the food was WOW exceptionally good, but for A) opening up a Korean themed restaurant in the middle of Nowhere Georgia, its a tough time right now so we have to support local businesses and B) providing huge portions, honestly the tofu soup was Alot larger than what most places in LA serve. So portion to cost to value, you're getting a good deal in this economy--- especially all the way out here; this is like what Palm Dale would be to Orange Country California. Ordered the soon Dobu, beef, it came with 4 sides of Banchan which aside from the soybean kimchi, were all pretty mediocre. Ordered a LA Kalbi, a little on the sweeter side, but not complaining, it was charred, crispy and well marinated. I downed everything in a matter of minutes. So, I was trapped in my big rig for 30+ hours the previous two days whilst getting screwed over by my broker delivering a load to Ahold Delhaize in South Carolina. **Never Again :) . ADUSA is the worse grocery foods company and publicly listed company in Europe...period. I left them a one star on Google. Good. Got that off my chest. As I was saying, dropped in here after spending the morning fixing my rig. And as a reward for getting my supply air hose back in running shape. I found this hole in the wall in Commerce Georgia. There was no one here, except me myself and I. And being the curious me, I started chatting with the female manager who turned out to speak Mandrin. It turns out in the recent slew of events this restaurant is located in close proximity to Korean Giant, SK Batteries. Yes... that company that partnered with the other giant which was raided by the likes of ICE in the recent anti immigration crackdown. No wonder there was no one here ...All the Koreans vanished. Bummer. All in all, the truck stop next door is pretty blessed to be located in such a prime location with food offerings other than burgers. So I vow the next time I truck through here, I will come back and order their Kimchi Pancakes and Kimchi Fries Rice..and maybe their spicy Teobukki..however way you spell that word. read more

Driving to Athens Commerce can be a good stop for lunch. In addition to every chain restaurant known to Georgia you have a few good local places as well. Seoul Garden is one of the good local places. The menu here is vast. There are many food items here with which I am not familiar. On this trip I was looking for lunch so I tried the lunch special. Ok let me back up here, to order you need to use the touch screen at the table. The woman who served us explained it to us. This is not a bad idea, you can be sure that your order is correct. I ordered some spicy chicken with fried rice. Before the main though our host provided us with an array of mini appetizers. There were all good but that marinated tofu was exceptionally flavorful! The chicken main dish was pretty good as was the fried rice. And the whole meal was only about $12. This is exceptional value and I will be back, hop to se you there. read more

Awesome lunch here last month. The food was delicious. The menu offers a large variety of dishes, something to please everyone. There is also a varied selection of appetizers, of which we added spring rolls and boiled dumplings to our table. Service was efficient and friendly. We were there a bit late for lunch, around 2 P.M., so there were few other diners. Ideal time, in my opinion. Clean restaurant, clean restrooms. Ordered delivery to our hotel. We got the $25 beef bulgogi hotpot meal and the dumpling ramen with a side order of fried rice for $18. First issue was the beef meal didn't come with the listed salad, rice, and soup. When I called she said it's because they only serve those with dine in. Yet it's listed on the website with no differentiation for delivery and the meal is still the same price. Second issue is the side order of fried rice we ordered with the dumpling ramen was substituted for the steamed white rice. Yes there is a minor price difference. As well as there only being two dumplings in the ramen. I'd expect a few more dumplings than that for the price. Third issue is the customer service. When I called the night of the girl was very confused but said I should call the next day and she will refund me when the owner was there. Well I called and then was promptly hung up on. The only positive thing I can say is that what little of our order we did receive was at least good. All in all, 100% do not recommend. Poor customer service and blatant thievery being the main reason. read more

Got a DoorDash from here. At first glance, I thought the menu items were really pricey. I've been to a lot of Korean restaurants and soups range from 10-14. Why was their soup 20 bucks? The Spicy Chicken was fantastic and the perfect amount of spice, only thing that I can take away from it is for eighteen dollars for the spicy chicken the portion size was small, but for the green apple and strawberries boba the strawberry boba was legit hands down one of the best refreshing boba I ever had. read more

Great spot to grab some Korean cuisine in the Commerce, GA area. Food is delicious and the staff is always friendly. Wow. Completely underwhelmed. We were a party of three and none of us finished our food, that's how bad it was. Two of us got the ramen with dumplings and one of us got the traditional bibimbap. Very basic Korean, right? We are adventurous eaters and have had Korean BBQ several times so we have something to compare it to. The plates were upwards of $12 and were the quality of a fast food chain. The two ramen's were supposed to be the exact same but tasted vastly different. One had MUCH more spice and vegetables. You would think with the spice it was flavorful---negative. They were bland. The bibimbap had barely a 1/4c of meat on it and also had very little flavor. If it matters--the space isn't a terrible atmosphere....you even get water served to you out of a plastic water canteen (yes, the kind with a lid like you're going hiking) into styrofoam cups. Egg rolls fresh, crispy and delicious with a sweet chili dipping sauce. My hubby ordered the Sesame chicken with vegetable rice, I ordered Soy garlic chicken with rice. Cooked to perfection, fresh flavor and cooked in good oil. They serve marinated zucchini, marinated bean sprouts and cabbage in a red sauce. Very tasty and refreshing. Surprised to find such an authentic Korean restaurant in this area. I ordered the spicy tofu soup. It was very good and came with some great banchans. Service was a little short staffed but they work hard. The only negative was their pho. The beef in the pho was well over cooked and there was only a couple of pieces. The vegetable for the pho didn't look appropriate either, and the bean sprouts were cooked! I would suggest to just stick to the Korean dishes of their menu. read more

For starters if you like Korean food or just any Asian food eat here. The food is amazing. Best food sold in a restaurant around commerce. Some of the food brings back memories when I was growing up. I highly recommend this place. Only thing I would say about this place is don't go around 1-2 during the week because the SK battery plant Koreans go there for lunch and they are swamped so that's the only thing that makes the service slow but after 2 they are pretty fast. read more

Came here for the first time about 45 minutes before closing and we were not rushed at all, even though we were the last to leave. My husband and I both had the beef bullgogi and it was delicious and very filling. I also enjoyed a California Roll which was delicious as well. Our waitress was very attentive and polite. I've been wanting to try a Korean BBQ restaurant for a while and this place is not disappointing. It's located at a old strip mall right across from Tangier Shopping Center 1. They offer authentic Korean food and explain which ones that are the most popular among patrons. I ordered the bimipap with an onion broth soup. Kimchi, and seasoned okra were included in my meal. We have been coming here for almost three years. At first the food was delicious, generous and reasonably priced. But dishes that a year ago were priced at $12 to 14 are now $17 to $19, and both the quantity and quality have declined. The small side dishes are no longer freshly prepared, a main dish that used to have about 4 ounces of beef now has less than 2 ounces of lower quality beef, and the chicken is also of poorer quality. We eat out a lot and inflation has driven prices up everywhere. A 35 to 40% increase might be acceptable if the food had remained the same, but to pay that much more for less is unreasonable.
