Unfortunately they engage in deceptive and shady business practices including attempting to charge for work that was never done. As a small business owner I hate to leave negative reviews but in this case I really don't have a choice. Artech damaged a $70,000 artwork of ours and getting it all sorted has been hassle after hassle after hassle including fraudulent charges and poor communication. If you are forced to work with them I suggest you watch them like a hawk and inspect your invoices even more closely. Two thumbs way way down, I just wish there were more options for high-end service providers in this space in seattle.

I wanted to send them a guide print to serve as a reference but they would not let me do it and no proofing available. It was a large Giclee so I was a little concerned as I have not ever worked with a lab that refused both guide print and proof. It was a reproduction of my wife's oil painting so color matching is important to us. Communication was over the phone and email so I might have gotten better service in person.
