10/10 experience. From the food, to the service, to the ambience. A truly wonderful night. Thank you Amanda and Jack for making our anniversary so special!

Popped in last weekend for a celebration night, and everything was so delicious! I ordered the lychee martini, yellowtail nigiri, and salmon nigiri, all incredibly fresh and flavorful. We also shared the bulgogi lettuce wraps and the Orange County roll, which were both amazing. Since we were celebrating a birthday, we were surprised with complimentary donuts and a sparkler, such a fun touch that made the night extra special! Our waitress even offered to take photos of us and she did a wonderful job. The atmosphere was beautiful and lively. We sat inside since the patio was full, and while it was a bit chilly indoors, it wasn't too bad. My only small wish was for a dipping sauce to go with the lettuce wraps, that would've made them perfect. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, delicious food, great service, and such a lovely vibe. We'll definitely be back!

If you're in the mood for a surprising south suburban gem, be sure to check this place out! Upscale decor and beautiful interior ambiance (the cherry blossom trees look great with evening under lights). Senso feels like a Chicago sushi spot instead of a suburban one. Wonderful drink options and a fairly diverse menu if you have a party who is looking for non-sushi options. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and were impressed with the delicious and diverse menu. We will be back!

Step inside you will find Cherry Blossom trees vaulted ceiling with exposed wooden beams a lot of thought and detail went into the desgin. Out server Amanda was quick and prompt explaining the menu too us. The selection was good and the food was top notch prices were on the high side for the amount you get so don't be surprised by the PRICE

This restaurant is super cute and sheik. I also loved the roses in the women bathroom. It was so different but so cute and unique. The cherry blossom trees are super cute too with the dim lighting. Loved the vibe. Our waitress Isabel was AMAZING. She gave us recommendations that were on point. We had the garlic edamame, crab Rangoon, yellowtail Serrano (AMAZING), salmon carpaccio, Krop fries, spicy wifey and kimchi bacon fried rice. For drinks the Lychee martini was my favorite, the aroma of it and drinking it was lovely. We also had the spicy mango San, espresso martini and Senso in Paris. They were all delicious as well. The food was superb chefs kiss. My friends also mentioned it was my birthday through the reservations. They brought out a candle with a dish of sweet pastries that tasted like a sugar coated donut but better. It also came with a delicious dipping sauce. Definitely a must in Frankfort, Il. I will be back very soon with my husband. An extra bonus was their back drop they have to take pictures! #sensoinlove Sorry my pictures aren't the best the food was too good that I forgot to take a picture

Good: service! Our hostess, waitress, and busboy were so nice and very accommodating. Drinks were amazing. Mochi was soooo yummy. 12/10! Donuts were perfect!!! Meh: The interior is extremely lackluster. They couldn't even be bothered to stain the wood and the trim the same color on the benches. It's hard to tell where the entrance is on the outside. I would have loved to see more on the interior. The ceiling would be perfect with some gold, brassy toned wallpaper. Bar is really nice. Give the space some more oomph!!! The lettuce wraps were okay, they could have used some marinating on the meat.

Place is amazing. Felt like we were in the city. Staff was wonderful. Food great and the ambiance is so quaint. Would highly recommend coming during their happy hour and have the beef lettuce rolls.

This place deserves greater than a 5 rating. The Mt. Fuji a& summertime chi rolls as well as kimchi fried rice were absolutely delicious! It was some of the best sushi I've had! Sorry I was too busy eating to get any pics of the sushi lol

    Korean roll

Food is mediocre. The Korean roll was lacking in flavor. The Ravu roll tasted like mushy teriyaki. Service is ok, they're nice. It's loud inside, not a good place to have a conversation over dinner. I'd skip this place and go to a real Asian restaurant.

We were celebrating that my dad's house sold.. This place is nice...A bit more expensive than most sushi.. Not enough tempura choices for me. Isabel gave us great service! Espresso martini was very good...

Ugh the coolest and cutest place!!! I am obsessed with the ambiance and the drinks. They only have…read more6 lanes fyi. They really need to put a sign on the building by the stairwell or on the stairs because it's confusing looking for it. It seems like we're walking to the roof or someone's apartment and doesn't feel like a public business. We tried going before to check it out but it was st Patrick weekend and it looked like party or bar crawl and packed. We came back this past weekend and it was better but did look like one party was wrapping up on bar side but it was all adults with a couple kids of theirs laying on the couches. I would say this place is best for adults only honestly. As a mom I won't bring my daughter here and we can go bowling elsewhere but for myself I will 100% be back. I love that everything is themed and some original things inside but the water damage, rust, and mold is badddddd. Can't put lipstick on a pig and with people having health issues this is a big no no for people with mold illness or autoimmune diseases. The lanes are looking original and I don't think I've ever seen the ball returns like that so it was cool and vintage but dangerous lol. The balls come back SO fast and they were flying off the rack. Not really safe. The lanes were warped and uneven and didn't seem waxed so I sucked at bowling no matter what I tried. It was $45 an hour plus shoe rental was maybe $3 each? We got cocktails and apps. There could be more appetizers on the list but the dip was okay and my margaritas were great. We got two games and like 4 frames in an hour with two adults. We were really just trying to relax and have fun so the bowling and prices were expected and just whatever that day. I don't ever treat myself or drink much anymore and gladly was spending it on those. Not really a fan of how awkward the combined lanes are and the people who were there first had us basically walk into their date with all of their food on the table for us to sit over because it was so small and somehow supposed to share tables. They picked all their food and drinks up and moved them and stood to eat to give space between us. Literally all the lanes were open and they put us with them at the end together. Odd. The workers were all nice but there was a lot of workers and no one was really working? A bunch of them were talking in the chairs behind the lanes and the bartenders were talking to each other. Our waitress said her shift was ending/ wanting us to close our tab out as soon as our game ended and we said that's fine we can go up to the bar and keep chatting/ drinking. But she never left so we thought maybe they wanted our lane even though all the others except one were open but no one took our lane after.. The bartenders were talking to each other a lot and lacked eyes on the bar. The bar back seemed super young and out of it and didn't ask if we needed something or wanted to grab the bartenders even though he could hear us and we were staring at him and the bartenders. Whatever still enjoyed our time and the bartender came and brought me another drink. The 2nd drink she repeated it and then brought me a 3rd drink that was completely different but it was still good lol. The bathrooms are cute and clean. The dining side is probably better than the bowling side. The bar is cool. Overall liked it but seems like kids are running the place and could use some tweaks. 10/10

There was not anything on the building, and the sign was at the bottom of a long flight of steps that have seen better days. Had I not looked back over my shoulder would have missed it. I attended a bingo night here where I organized a party for my aunt and it was just awful. This bar should not offer to host events as they clearly do not have the staffing or the space to do so. I was treated quite disrespectfully from start to finish simply for trying to set up a few small birthday decorations. And they're impossible to reach by phone in order to plan ahead for your group. Don't expect them to cater to any of your parties' needs or assign a dedicated server to your group. For the amount of money spent on this event and brought to their business I expected far better treatment. As for the bingo night, again awful coordination and execution. The place was jam packed and no one could hear the bingo caller. They have shitty speakers/microphone so don't bother trying to actually play bingo, you won't hear anything. Oh and they're 0% handicap friendly, don't expect them to accommodate anyone with mobility limitations. In summary, I would never host another event at this bar and I hope this review encourages others to look elsewhere. Completely disorganized and a pain to work with. Take your business elsewhere.

Pretty okay prices for the quality. There's a lot of flavors and variety. Can get some on tap, or get bottles and cans to go. It's certainly a place to find local products. There's not a whole lot of room inside, but there's enough for a bar and you can taste some on site. Has many things from local breweries. It's about $7 a pint. Last time here got something from Hop Butcher For The World. Just one of the many local breweries. Then we took a few packs. For sure a good place to sample the local beers.
