I had a great experience at Sense Spa from the beginning I walked in the door. The spa was clean and well kept. I was greeted and immediately I got my scalp analyzed to see what treatment I should proceed with. I was able to understand how to take better care of my head and hair. They advised me to get the prevention of hair loss treatment since the analysis showed I had low hair density/thinning. The treatment started off with a mini facial in one room and then they brought me out to the hair treatment station outside which was organized and clean. The male technician (Daniel) took care of me and he did a great job, was very professional and kind. The treatment consisted of hair detox, dandruff removal, shampoo x2, conditioning, detangling, scalp massages, head acupressure, red light therapy, & blow dry. He had really good technique and had a firm pressure when massaging the head and body. The whole process took about 90 minutes and it was so relaxing! Thank you Sense Spa! 5/5! read more

My friend wanted to try this for her birthday and I was skeptical that they would have 3 technicians available to service us at the same time on short notice. Well, I don't think my technician was actually experienced at all and I felt like I wasted an hour of my time sitting there with barely 3-head massage strokes and just sitting under running water for over 30 mins. My friends talked about getting bead and shoulder massage (the service was supposed to come with these per their website), and I got no shoulder anything either. Also, they were late. The place was locked even though they were supposed to be open an hour before and they had excuses like parking (the three of us managed to be there on time so how all three of them somehow 10-15 mins late because of parking, idk). I contacted the main woman to give them a chance to make it right. I technically didn't get the service as advertised. She offered me a $20 credit toward another session. Uh so pay another $130 (with tip) for another service? It was so absurd I almost had my credit card dispute the whole charge. I also asked whether the technician was a regular employee/technician, and no response. It was an expensive substandard, if not plainly incomplete, service, and the response to my concerns made it worse. read more

Oh my god. If you are looking to get a detox on your scalp, this is where you need to go. My hair gets oily within a few hours of me washing it, no matter what. My hair is frizzy and very damaged. After the rejuvenation experience, my hair is NOT frizzy at all. They gave me an amazing head massage and exfoliated my scalp. My hair looks like it's a wig - it's too good. And all they did was blow dry my hair and the frizziness and damage is not visible. It looks like I spent hours doing a blowout on my hair. It looks so healthy now. I recommend Sense Spa!!! The vibe is very peaceful and I fell asleep during my experience because of how nice it was. read more
