What an amazing and relaxing experience getting both a head spa and mini facial plus guasha. The whole time my butt and legs were getting massaged by the chair which in itself felt very good. The mini facial mask she put on had a tingly sensation and felt like it was diving into my pores. She then applied this cooling cream afterwards which made my face feel clean and lifted. The guasha tool was used all over my face and my skin felt so tightened. The hair wash plus all the treatments was done while my face and eyes were covered up on a mask. Overall, I feel so happy about my soft hair and clean roots plus the lifted tightened skin from the facial! 10/10 highly recommended!

Got a revitalization scalp treatment to help treat hair thinning and stimulate hair growth!! Plus had the most relaxing time ever (even took a nap during the steam therapy). Highly recommend as they used Japanese carbonated spring technology. It's sooo worth for the amount of services you get. They started with a full scalp analysis, then they moved me into a room with a massage chair! Everything felt so private and luxury. I had a build up removal session followed by a scalp mask and head massage. The steam therapy felt amazingggg and the massages were just so relaxing. They put hair serums and oils in my hair and then they used a plethora of Japanese technology on my scalp/ hair. Everything felt so high tech. They ended with the red light therapy to stimulate hair growth. Overall, loved the ambiance and service. I would come back again!

Got a hair treatment today and it was wonderful! I think they're pretty new but it was easy to find and lots of free parking in the residential roads nearby! I got the Rejuvenation treatment with GuaSha and Herbal Heat Therapy and it was really nice. They start with massaging your scalp, essential oils, and they really clean your scalp deeply. My hair feels so much better- smoother, softer, and healthier after my appointment. I love visiting and trying hair spas and this place definitely did not disappoint! My hair girlie was Cailing and she was so pleasant - she chatted with me and told me about her family and upbringing and it was so nice!

This was much needed because my scalp was feeling icky. After the initial scan, I was informed that I had an oily scalp and dandruff so the Entire Ritual treatment would be catered to target those two issues. The facial came first and I was not sure what product was put on my face because it stung but I want to say it was doing its thing because everything else from there was smooth sailing. I felt rejuvenated and beautified, if you will. We went to a separate room for the head spa and it was in a massage chair! I almost fell asleep from how comfortable it was. They did multiple washes and even some head massages during the whole process. The final step was blow drying with some extra treatment from a machine that did so many things. The service was great and they were accommodating despite me being a bit late.

I recently got a rejuvenation scalp treament with Jessica and it was AMAZING!!! She started off with a scalp analysis and it turns out that my scalp was actually a little oily (I always assumed that I had dry scalp). We then proceeded to a room where the treatment was done. I changed into a towel and sat in a massage chair. Jessica began the treatment with essential oils and a forehead massage. I was already beginning to fall into deep relaxation. She then began to wash/purify my scalp and help remove any excess buildup and oil. I was so relaxed at this moment, I actually dosed off. This treatment was around 45 min. I woke up to light rain noise (it was the water gently running through my hair). Jessica continued to rinse my hair and then started to do a blow out. In addition to the rejuvenation treatment, I added on a hair mask and light therapy to help with hair loss. This hair experience was exactly what I needed! It was so relaxing and Jessica was wonderful! I would totally recommend having a self care day for yourself and booking an appointment with Jessica! You will not be disappointed. They also offer gift certificates that would be the perfect gift for anyone!

I went here with two of my friends on a Saturday and we were all really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, we all thought the experience fell short for us. In the beginning, my technician (a young lady) used the scalp instrument massager for only 10 seconds max which was disappointing because I felt I didn't get to enjoy that at all. Then came the hair wash, which I feel lasted the longest in this 60 minute service. It was average, and I would have enjoyed it if it was massage-focused, but it was not. Then, it was time for the part where they use the machine that runs water over your hair. During this, the young woman used ONE hand to massage my head the entire time, and she kept pausing every 4 or 5 strokes which led me to believe she was using her phone with her other hand and was distracted. The 60 minute service we did includes "shoulder rejuvenation", and this was a fail too because my technician massaged my shoulders no more than 1 full minute in total. I did not feel "rejuvenated". I was excited for this like I said, but all aspects were disappointing. At the end they asked us to leave a 5 star review, but I don't think the experience lives up to a 5 star review. I hope they take my review points into consideration and train their employees to give better service. The interesting thing is they do a scalp assessment before and after to show you your scalp, which is okay. I feel like the experience of the relaxation itself is much more important. read more

I came here this past Saturday to celebrate Mother's day with a deep cleansing treatment. I am so disappointed to say this was a terrible experience. I feel like I was scammed out of $115. I essentially paid over $100 to get my hair washed, and a bad hair wash at that! I will preface this review by saying I have had a scalp treatment before at another spa last year in Arcadia. I had such a wonderful experience and was excited to try a new spa that was closer to me. I know what I can expect from a scalp treatment, and this was not it! I will say that my friend, who sat next to me with a different person but received the same treatment, had a great experience. Unfortunately, I had a young man who I don't believe had ever done this before. He had no idea what he was doing. I wish I had refused even to pay the bill at the end, but I felt uncomfortable saying so, so hopefully this review will keep others from having the same experience as me. It seems it's a luck of the draw to have a good experience at this spa. I will also tell anyone with curly hair, do NOT come here. I was left with wet, tangled hair at the end because they do not know how to handle curly hair. They didn't even apply conditioner, it was just a double shampoo wash, and that was it, the service was over! No conditioner, no hair mask, no massage, nothing! read more

Stumbled upon Sense Spa on yelp, and they were able to accommodate our short notice request on being seen before noon since we were heading back the next morning.
