I'm so confused because I booked due to everyone mentioning the relaxing atmosphere, soothing…read moresounds, being explained everything... and I did not experience this. The spa music was barely noticeable and no one said anything to us. What we could expect in the service wasn't explained. For the hair analysis, she gestured us over to the machine, began scanning, and just pointed at the machine, and gave very generic "good" or "not good" descriptions and we read the descriptions ourselves. Dont get me wrong - my hair feels amazing! But my scalp is now kind of itchy like it was irritated. There was a shampoo that tingled on my head and I just figure it was supposed to because it smelled like tea tree which is a little tingly for me in general. The "massage" chairs are kind of small and didn't hit the shoulders and stopped halfway through the service (and you don't have the controller to turn it back on, only the service provider) and were kind of small and uncomfortable. I didn't know where to place my arms comfortably. The waterfall part that is on the forehead overstimulated me because it's left running for 5-10mins and all I heard was the sound of the machine running, the rushing water, and the sounds of cars and people outside - and I felt like it was just never going to end because it wasn't explained what was happening, so I did ask them to stop after I got overstimulated by it. But I recognize this was likely just me who didn't like this. I appreciated the little manual massages on the head throughout and shoulders at the end. Personally, I wasn't relaxed at all during the experience, perhaps due to my expectations, but my hair does feel amazingly clean. I just wish my scalp wasn't burning/itchy right now.
