They knew exactly what our plan was and worked continuously in the background to make sure that everything that needed to get done, got done. And Sheavonne has a great, relaxing demeanor that we greatly appreciated. She never put any additional stress on us, and we were able to spend our time and energy on enjoying our special day, which is exactly what we wanted. We absolutely could not have pulled our day off without her. Plus, in addition to her work on the day of, Sheavonne was available to us ahead of time and worked with each of our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding to make sure that everything was taken care of.

When we first spoke to her discussing what we wanted our wedding day to feel like she told us that "I will ensure it will be like a dream, you will just glide from the ceremony to the dinner to the cake cutting and dancing without batting an eye and with zero stress." It was exactly that. Brita ensured that all our vendors were properly coordinated with our venue, that all of our gifts and donations/cards were safely taken up to our room and that the venue staff were on top of their game the entire evening. Brita was also CRUCIAL to our venue walkthrough weeks before the wedding in that she brought up TONS of issues with our venue space that we would have never thought of (ie. photo friendly locations for our sweetheart table, rain planning, table length and appropriate measurements etc. etc.). We also may have set the record for quickest and most efficient ceremony rehearsal of all time. There really just isn't enough nice things to say about Brita Olsen. Our wedding day literally the best day of our lives and that wouldn't have been possible without her poise and her laid back and efficient demeanour. I had a relatively small wedding in the Hamptons and assumed early on that I could figure out most of the details myself. I quickly realized that nothing compares to having experts like them who know how to handle any last minute issue and have wealth of experience working with vendors/venues across NYC. Chelsea had great recommendations for vendors I neglected to look into earlier on in the process and was a huge help in making sure critical details, such as the rain plan, were worked out. Where the team really excels is making sure you do not deal with any stress on the day of the wedding and focus on having fun. I was so impressed with how professional, patient, kind and calming the entire team was. They made sure the bridal parties all were on schedule, vendor setups were done on time, food was set aside for my husband/I during cocktail hour, swapped out my heels when they saw I was in pain and even ran back to the house when we forgot our marriage license. These are just some of the little details the team took care of so we didn't have to worry about anything. They truly are your eyes and ears and it was such a relief knowing they got it handled.
