I MUST be honest , my part was easy , made a phone call , paid for the rentals which was priced reasonable and the tables , chairs , tents , and floor mats were delivered, set up in short notice and the crew were very neat and quick with setup and with pickup the next day . I don't agree with a few pics showing ragged chairs , the tables and chairs were new and solid looking from our experience. Birthday party was fun , my niece was happy , the guest were happy , my cuz was happy and most important, I didn't have to lift a finger as atlas party rentals did it all. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter and would recommend 100 percent .

I was not expecting them to have everything I needed, and they did. They accommodated my evolving list of items and inconvenient time windows required by the venue. The customer service via email, phone and in person was absolutely top-notch - quick and helpful. I was clear about what we needed and All Borough went above and beyond in delivering - literally and figuratively (as well as picking up). Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

They also wanted to weigh down the tent with dirty dingy looking bins, not sure how they don't have something else to do that. The drivers were so nice I felt bad. My party was the next day so didn't really leave me any time to find a new company. I sent photos and contacted the company to no avail. The chairs were dirty as well. It looked like the tent was rented out to a frat house for a year then rolled up and left in a pile of dirt. Pathetic.

The tables were OK but the carnival games were a whole other story. These are the times when I wished I could give zero stars or even negative stars. Don't be fooled by the general high rating! I spoke with the representative and he made me think that nothing would have gotten wrong. I was assured by his professional customer service but on the day of the event, everything went awry. The delivery men wouldn't bring our items to the 5th floor, speaking of an elevator fee that we didn't pay. Not once was that fee mentioned and the items came so gut wrentchingly nasty that me being a popcorn lover I don't even want to know whether or not people clean their machines. We had to clean the machines ourselves. At first the box of materials were not left with the rest of the items. When I did find it, I discovered that the box was just a ripped up cardboard box that had the popcorn oil all over it. Hey party rental thanks for not even providing us a full fledged box, you're too cheap to even give us a new cardboard box for our machine supplies. I kept calling the guy too because the two machines had the worst instructions ever. It might as well have said "put oil, put kernels". Where are the oil to kernel ratios? Good thing I'm more familiar with the cotton candy machine, but one of the heating knobs were actually missing. I almost set our event venue on fire with that dang popcorn machine, with smoke everywhere. Perhaps you guys should clean your machine before using it, so you don't kill yourself or others. The cotton candy machine had all this already burnt sugar on it and the bowl section was covered in dirt. After a while of calling the rep, I would say that he shut off his phone because it went to voicemail. Sorry to bother you, but if you guys did your job right the first time I wouldn't have had to reach you. For some reason also they didn't even pick up their machines next day, why would any event venue be okay with you picking up after 4 days later? Dear Brooklyn party rental, I cannot believe you guys call yourself a company. Thanks for letting me know first hand to NEVER rent from you again. Oh and the best part of the night was the cotton candy machine !! We served it as dessert for adults ... very well spent $150.
