Please be ware of this place!! It is a scam to just get money. Dont get fooled by the positive…read morereviews. I also ignored a similar review about money and still went there to get trapped. They book a "meet and greet" session for new patients. I asked them 4-5 times before the appointment, how much it will cost after giving all my insurance info. All of their team assured me that it will be 0$ co-pay for me as it is only a meet and greet where Dr. will just get to know you. Guess what, they billed my insurance 700$ after the appointment, out of which they are asking me to pay 300$. This is a scam. And the Dr. did nothing in this appointment, no advice/tests nothing, other than me sharing about my medical history and past test results and my concerns. I got to know that there are California laws against this, I will be filing a legal complaint Update: I called their billing office as Dr suggested in his response and told them I'd report them to the medical board. They said they will file the claim with insurance with a different code to see if they can bring the cost lower. You know what they did instead? They sent the bill to collections immediately. No warning, no attempt to resolve, no accountability. Just pure, disgusting greed and lies in every interaction. This place runs on lies, shady billing tactics, and a complete lack of ethics. And if you dare to speak up, they'll come after you. Because that is their business to suck up on your hard earned money $325 isn't going to ruin me -- but this kind of disgusting thug behavior is what unfortunately defames entire healthcare. I hope this "doctor" Iwahashi loses every patient who reads this. They don't deserve your money, your trust, or your time.

When I was in his office talking about some symptoms, I had asked him if he would talk to my sister on the phone... he did! They talked and he explained some stuff to her... of course it's medical and doctory stuff. He's very attentive and will listen to your EVERY NEED. I sometimes text him on the phone regarding some things, he would respond to me each and everytime. HIGH RECOMMENDED if you need a primary doctor, he is super smart. When the other doctor was on vacation, he assisted by ordering the tests I needed and the medicines that I needed to expedite what was wrong with me. He isn't my primary doctor but he is still willing to help me and figure out what is wrong with me. I feel he would be able to figure out what is wrong with me. Oh yeah, I only been to his office ONCE, all the other times were on the phone!!! Thanks Dr Bradford, you're awesome... I will recommend you to anyone that asks for a great doctor!!!

His manner is gentle, calm, unhurried. In addition to treating the problem you're seeing him for, he will discuss any question you have about your physical or mental well-being -- nothing is off-limits. There is always time. His concern is the total person. It is genuine. He is tireless in his quest to educate each patient about his or her own health. He tailors his specific recommendations to you, and then he will push you to do even better, always within your abilities. Each time I see him, he references new studies or new findings and presents them as they relate to me. I leave his office with fresh motivation and specific actions to take to improve my overall health. Over the years, I have had to contact Dr. Rabin several times (I've used phone, text, and email) on urgent medical matters. He has always responded quickly and calmly, and was clear and decisive in his instructions. Throughout the COVID pandemic, Dr. Rabin has emailed his patients with his own thoughts on the latest quarantine, vaccination and booster research. I've passed these on to family and friends, who find them invaluable. Dr. Rabin is an exceptional doctor. I can't recommend his practice highly enough.

I liked that they had someone check in with me while I waited just to let me know the doctor was finishing up with another patient. Once I was in the room, the doctor asked about a few different areas of my health, not just the one I came in for. That showed they were looking at the bigger picture, not just treating symptoms. They explained some things in terms I could actually understand, and didn't just use medical lingo. That helped me feel more involved in the conversation. I did have to wait a few minutes alone in the room which felt a bit long, but once the doctor came in, they stayed for a good while and didn't make me feel rushed. They had a calm tone and maintained eye contact which helped build trust. I'd say they're very attentive and good at reading between the lines. Definitely a professional experience.

Besides Dr. Jain all his staff, front desk and nurses at his clinic are friendly and always smiling creating a good positive atmosphere for patients. The only caveat I would point out is, considering bay area traffic getting at the location on time for an appointment is a challenge given the location.

My baby's pediatrician recommended Dr. Caroline Stratz, an internist who only treats adults. She is located on South Drive near El Camino Hospital, at the very end of the street. Dr. Stratz also is not contracted with my insurance. In fact, she is not contracted with *any* insurance companies. However, I am still going to stay with her. I will detail my first visit to her office and my impressions: -Walked into the office: It is a rather small office with about 2-3 examination rooms. The reception room is smallish but very comfortable. The front desk scheduling coordinator, Gay, is extremely personable and friendly. They did not mind that I had to bring my baby girl. In fact, Gay said they "love babies", and that Dr. Stratz has 3 children of her own. Gay asked me to make myself comfortable and fill out my paperwork. She explained to me that they do not bill out to insurance companies for the patients. Instead, they print out a superbill, give a copy to the patient, and the patient has to submit a claim to the insurance company for reimbursement. Full payment to Dr. Stratz is due at the time of service. -Interview with Dr. Stratz: After I filled out my paperwork, I only waited for about 5 minutes. Dr. Stratz called me into her private office and we talked about any concerns I have regarding my health. She asked me many questions and wrote them all down in my chart. She then asked me if I have any questions for her. I found her to be extremely easy to talk to. Totally nice. -Weight, BP, preliminaries: Dr. Stratz herself took my weight and blood pressure reading. She did everything- checked my breathing, reflexes, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, etc. Everything. She was very thorough and gentle. -Final chat: After doing her examination, Dr. Stratz stepped out of the room so I could get changed. She came back in and did a summary of her findings. Throughout the entire appointment, I felt very comfortable. She does not wear a white coat- just her regular clothes, so those of you who have that "white coat phobia" may feel more comfortable with her. All in all, I like her a lot. As I mentioned, you as the patient would have to submit your own insurance claim to get reimbursed, but I don't have much of a problem with that.

Over the years I have found her to be kind, empathetic, practical, and most importantly she asks my opinion on treatment plans. My health care is a collaborative and she is always open to alternatives. With this new practice, I have been so pleased to see the extra steps she can take. There was a question about my thyroid in a blood test, so instead of immediately sending me to an endocrinologist, she called one and discussed my blood work with him, making a game plan and saving me a step. I recently had some issues that I was concerned about, of course landing on a Sunday. I texted her with symptoms, she called me immediately and sent me to the ER. During the ER visit, she monitored the results of the lab work and regularly texted me. I was so much more relaxed knowing that I had MY doctor following my experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Stratz to anyone, and have sent people to her who have been pleased. She is not only a great doctor, but a very amazing person as well.
