I didn't explore the store because all I wanted was a low carb pizza crust. To my amazement I found a nice looking oblong artisan looking thin pizza crust with 0 carbohydrates, Jack pot. I'm excited to be able to make a fresh pizza at home again after a year of no real pizzas or throwing the crust away and just eating the toppings. When you factor that my pizza toppings have 0 carbohydrates except about 5 for the low carb sauce and maybe 1 for the amount of Italian sausage the whole pizza is approximately 6 net carbs. I will have to explore the store better for low carb substitutes in the future, I will post pictures of the low carb pizza pre cooked.

You can get on their email list and become a member for free for special member pricing. I prefer Health Hut to Outpost for value, but both have their pros and cons which keep them close to the same rating for me.

For starters, the hot (temperature) entrées weren't really hot. I would say everything was warm. It looked like they were keeping things fresh by only having a small amount in the warming trays, and maybe we got the last of it before another batch was made. Both of the main entrées had great flavor. The bulgogi was very tender, and the marinade flavors were delicious. The honey garlic chicken was also very good, but again suffered from only being warm. The mashed sweet potato salad was a nice surprise and was chilled nicely. The mandu (dumplings) were a bit bland and really needed a bit of soy sauce to add interest. Service: All of the folks who took care of us were very pleasant. They did a great job welcoming us as soon as we entered. We were unsure about some of the items, and they explained them clearly and gave us time to decide. You can order from a list of standard combinations or customize with a starch, protein, and sides. Easy peasy. Genuine smiles, and we felt appreciated. Atmosphere: The place is located in a small strip mall, with lots of natural light coming in through the large front windows. There are several tables and high-tops in the front, with additional tables toward the rear. It's easy to figure out where to go to order. The paper menus and menu board are easy to read, and there are placards that describe what you're looking at. The employees suffer from low morale, if it were just one worker with a defeated and tired attitude I would chalk that up to personal trouble. Parking along the roadside, or closer parking on residential lawns for a minimal fee.

The tables are set up along the sidewalks right now, but I wonder if it will spill over into the green space around the gazebo if more vendors start taking part in the market. Today I just saw seven and they all had different offerings. The few I dealt with were cash only. Others may have card readers. I didn't ask because I didn't need anything from them. There is parking available on Franklin street, but if the spaces are full it looks like parking is available along Swiss Street. Alternatively, if it ever gains in popularity, there is definitely parking across from Wegner's Inn on St. Martins. I am a big fan of the change. The fair used to be held on the first Monday of every summer month from 6am through noon. I use the term fair loosely because it was just a few people spread out so far from each other. Definitely not what it was 15 years ago. I understand the tradition of a morning farmers market/fair, but it was so inconvenient. Now, since it is every Monday and goes until 7, I can still take part if I have to work late. It's like someone actually listened to my complaining :) There were Port-o-Johns and a wash station set up. I thought that was a nice touch in case anyone were to need a restroom. Please stop in and take advantage of this new market if you are in the area. I want it to succeed and not be reduced to just the Labor Day weekend flea-market style fair.
