There are limited choices in Texas but after meeting the owner and staff here, my mind is set on making a purchase here. Friendly folks passionate about what they do. They took a genuine interest in what I was wanting to do in leatherwork and were glad to demonstrate and reccomend a good choice for my small shop. They actually talked me into a less expensive machine than I had originally asked about. I'll be making a purchase in a few weeks and will post a follow up! Check them out for all your leatherworking needs.

Piss poor company. This is the only way to describe W Promotions…read more This establishment is a perfect candidate for the CNBC show with Marcus Lemonis. It's got all the makings of an incompetent business. Poor management starting at the top? Check. Very little care for customers? Check. Inefficiency that leads to poor products and excessive delivery time? Check. Check. This place truly sucks. Over the course of my order I called the business approximately 5 times for every answered call. The order also took forever. Other companies in town have gotten similar orders done in half the time. Management literally laughed at me when I gave them a ten day lead time! Is that the way to treat a customer? Absolutely not, I'm used to a country where the customer gets what they want. Their prices are also high for what you get. Stay away at all costs, there are many other small businesses that have better service, better quality, and better prices. Bear cotton, hole in the roof, and screentex are some of the good ones in town. W Promotions, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.
