And I'm so glad I was finally able to visit! Such a fun way to spend several hours. From the shops to the lawn games to the food trucks, this place has it all. Carefully curated - it's very Chip and Jo. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. We stopped by here around 2:00pm on a Saturday in August and I thought it was going to be packed, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was busy, but I expected it to be busier. There is free parking a few blocks away, which is super nice. There are several shops, a bakery, and a coffee shop. There is something for everyone. We really loved our trip here and hope we can come back again.

I contacted Josh with Andrews Furniture Services about having a old Lazyboy recliner rehpolstered…read more He quickly followed up and asked for pictures of my piece, which he used to provide an estimate. When I dropped my chair off, we talked further about the changes I'd like to make to the chair. He throughly inspected it and made some suggestions. I felt like he really understood what I was looking for and his suggestions helped to make it cost effective versus buying a new piece of furniture. Josh has tons of fabric books to choose from at his shop and he allowed me to bring a few home. Seeing the fabric samples in my own space really helped a lot in my decision. One should note that the estimate reflects a base price for fabric. The actual final cost will more than likely increase. I found that most of the fabrics I was interested in were in the $60 per yard range. Costs can easily be much higher than that too! Aside from the wide range in fabric costs, his estimate for labor didn't change. A couple of weeks later the chair was ready to be picked up. Josh did a fantastic job. My chair looks good as new! I'm so glad that I choose to give my business to a local small business. It's also ethical to reuse what I already had as well as get a custom chair all at the same time! I highly recommend Josh with Andrew Furniture Services for any of your upholstery needs!

The store was packed full of people which told me that I was in the right place. There is a great selection of almost everything. When you have the word boot in your name, you had better have a great selection, and they did. Clothing galore. If you can't find it, then they probably don't make it. The selection of hats, however, was pretty lackluster and out of my size in the higher end hats. The staff were amazing. They were all dressed professionally with the men all wearing blazers and all willing and ready to help. Unfortunately, I didn't find what I needed but look forward to coming back on my next visit to Waco.
