I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes or more, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of the long wait, some ingredients were missing from one of my orders, and some of the food was already cold when I received it. This was not the quality of service I expected, especially when ordering food that should be prepared correctly and served fresh. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but accurate preparation times, complete orders, and food served at the proper temperature are basic expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to provide customers with a better experience.
