It felt strange that gratuity was automatically added because we were considered a party of five, even though my infant son didn't eat, and the other kids barely ate and shared a meal. The prices also feel high for what you get, with most items around $18 and up. I don't mind paying more when the food and experience match the price, but in this case the quality didn't really justify it. The service was just okay and nothing stood out enough to make up for the cost. I wanted to like this place because my first visit was great, but based on the last two visits, I left disappointed.

Just the nature of the beast. Waitress kept my coffee refilled. I will probably return here again we have so many different ones around the area where I live for choices. Although on the back of one of the tickets there's also a Lumes breakfast Cafe that is not listed in Willowbrook because they have old pads in stock basically for years and they're not going to make a new printing of them just for that lol but there is one in Willowbrook.
