#1 ham, salami & Swiss with original guts
    C R.

I got a 7" #1- ham, salami & swiss with original guts. It was just ok, hardly any meat & cheese, it was all "guts". Over $13 for just a sandwich

We saw the promo the village did on the grand opening and was eager to give this a try. Just opened on 159th street in Orland Park. There are a ton of sub shops in Orland Park and I find it amazing we can support so many. When arriving here we were greeted by staff. A lot of employees, I believe there were 5 or 6. May have been due to training. The restaurant is difficult to access. No direct entry from the street. You need to go into the parking lot of Jewel and drive around to the front of the shopping strip. The outside is well designed and has a good presentation. The inside is well laid out and looks really nice and inviting. The sandwiches here are somewhat unique as they promote what they call "Guts". The guts are the garnishing that goes on the sandwich. They have regular, garlic and jalapeno. Its available it the side or on the sandwich. My wife and I both had the Turkey sub, her the 5" and me the 7". Very pricey at around $8 and $11 respectively. The bread was very fresh as though it was just out of the oven. They only have white though. Both sandwiches were outstanding and one of the best in town. The guts are beyond amazing. It comes with turkey, bacon and your choice of toppings plus the guts. I had it "Peppos Way" Which is mayo, mustard and lettuce. I didn't care for mustard being on there but otherwise delicious. We also ordered two chocolate chip cookies that were amazing. Soft, fresh, lots of chips and a decent size. The over all value was not there in my opinion. We had a 5", 7" sub and two chocolate chip cookies and the bill was $28. We did love it overall and will be a regular and permanent customer.

Went into peppos in Orland park yesterday 1 st time there . I ordered 7 inch turkey club awesome sub! The staff is very nice and the place is very clean! i will be going back!

Saw a post off Facebook for Peppo's Italian Subs, the "Guts" i was curious about? Very nice compliment to the sub they have an original, garlic and jalapeño option. Overall i really likes the sandwich the beef is fresh and flavorful didnt taste dry or overcooked. Steve and company very nice people great customer service! Will definitely be back to try other menu options.

Great, quick service. Food was delicious, as always. Gotta get the guts! Ambience was as expected for a sandwich shop. Loved sitting outside on a beautiful day.

Guts available from 4oz. to 32oz.

Taste's just like the original from 1976. The "guts" are always fresh and the bread is always soft and delicious. They have a great selection of different meats and cheese, and you can ask for it toasted now. The staff are ready to make a suggestion if you are looking to try something new. The restaurant is brand new so the first week is a soft opening but the grand opening is the week of the 14th.

Great employees! Very kind, quick and helpful.

It's creamy, not as many crunchy veggies as Jimmy John's but if you get it with guts you won't miss that too much.

The food was excellent and especially the beef sandwiches. Really were excellent quality and flavor and the sandwiches were huge. Also a few days later the morning we left Tinley Park to head back to Iowa I stopped at the store to buy a few cannolis to take home with me. They also were excellent. And the sandwiches, salads, and cannolis were very reasonably. I definitely recommend this vendor.

Not good. Not good. Not good. Regrettably ordered two "made to order" sandwiches from their deli…read morecounter. Both sucked BIG TIME. First sandwich was a custom sub sandwich of turkey, Genoa salami, and rosemary ham with cheese, tomatoes, vinegar/oil, and Italian spices. How a sandwich could taste funny is beyond me, but it did. The meat tasted old and was flavorless. It was pre-cut, not freshly cut meat, so who knows how long it had been sitting out in the counter. The bread was stale, could have broke windows with it. They barely put any meat on it (not that I would have wanted more), the sandwich was all bread. No Italian herbs on sandwich. And the icing on the cake, instead of putting a nice, fresh vinegar and oil/sub oil on the sandwich, I was given a two ounce little package of some generic vinegar and oil that was pre-fabricated by some wholesale company, which also tasted really off. The second regrettable purchase was an Italian sausage sandwich. That too was horrendous. The sausage itself had a funny, off taste, not a nice blend of seasonings. And not that I would have wanted more, but the Italian sausage was old and shriveled, so it was like a child-size portion. I asked for some red sauce on the side, let's just say Ragu would have been better, and that's not saying much. To add further insult to injury, the bun was stale. Also got some Nutella butter cookies that they farm in from D'Amatos that is in the city. I have been in D'Amatos and I love their cookies. With that said, these D'Amato cookies were stale/also tasted off. The tip-off should have been the fact that they must have had fifty or more packaged D'Amatos cookies on their shelf. They are bumping $10.00 for around maybe 12 cookies, so they obviously don't sell all that quickly, turn stale, and there you have it. Also weird vibe in there. The employees (including the Rubino son who is always in the deli area) are not friendly at all. I might be a little bit more forgiving if the employees/owner were nice but they are just really indifferent and very unfriendly (especially the owner). Very unfortunate. Sandwiches from Subway would have been better.

How nice! We also came here to try the Mountain Dew flavor - Vibe made specially for Which Wich. It was good! Lemonade and Mountain Dew flavor really fits. The sandwiches were carefully made not sloppy at all. They checked in on us and said goodbye when we left. It's a fast casual place but very nice ambiance and service. Very clean and orderly. I started with the salted caramel latte and it was perfection (as someone who likes a little coffee with their sugar). I wanted to try everything but since it was my 1st time just went with a standard 2 egg breakfast, which one really can't get wrong, and the White Sheep definitely didn't. Everything was cooked well and potatoes were really really good. The pancakes are pretty large so providing one as a side is actually so much better than 2 or 3 cakes. My mom had the steak and eggs and that serving size was so generous with the prefect cook. Well worth the price, imo. We LOVED this place and will be visiting again. Additionally, my mom had a to go box which she accidentally left behind which we didn't realize until after we left. Luckily, we were only like five minutes away, so she called the restaurant and explained the situation so we were able to go back and grab it because no one had thrown her food away, thankfully..

The inside is quite large with a donut & coffee counter by the front entry, plenty of seating for all group sizes, open kitchen, and fun sheep decor. Overall, the acoustics weren't the best as the space got pretty loud. I started with the White Sheep Latte (one of their more popular) and thought it was good. It came out very hot and I ended up taking half of it to go which was nice they offered that. For food, I got the Biscuits & Gravy which comes with a side. Only the Roasted Potatoes & French Fries are offered as a side without an upcharge. It'd be nice to include something else like their fruit cup for no additional charge. My husband got the Southwest Omelet which also came with a side choice and carb choice (toast, pancakes, donut for upcharge). Our meals were good overall and come out of the kitchen rather quickly. Our server, Jessica, seemed a bit flustered with the breakfast crowd but remained cheerful, polite, and attentive. Pricing was fair for what we ordered and the menu had a good variety of options. Pro Tip: Join the waitlist ahead of time off their website to avoid long wait times.
