I ordered the Shepards pie and there was nothing in it! Don't waste your money here. The decor is also dated and smells.

Great suburban deli. I had a chicken salad sandwich and pasta salad. It was fresh and the service was friendly.

The Irish bacon is the only issue-cut too thick sometimes and it's like eating a thin pork chop:::::but otherwise great!!

The double bake potatoes are incredible and we never leave the store without grabbing a couple loaves of their Irish soda bread.

I miss…read morethese types of unique and interesting ethnic stores that are so numerous in Chicago where I recently moved from. This is a Serbian owned business as one can easily distinguish just by looking around. The owner is from the Vojvodina region of Serbia and has put together a fabulous store. I love cevapcici! I tried Euro Market's and they are very good. They are sold here frozen and in a few varieties. I prefer mine made with some lamb, so I chose those. Serve with diced fresh onions and the Serbian style bread. I also loved red peppers in a jar, sold here and they are excellent. A full case of smoked meats and Hungarian salami, the best. All kinds of variety and interesting finds from Eastern Europe. Items from Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Serbia, Poland, Russia, Turkey. Stop in and explore and try some of the unique delectable treasures found at Euro Market. Highly Recommended! Great Find!

They have a good selection of Greek olive oils in the big 3 gallon square metal containers (101oz) most of them under $30. You cannot beat that price. Also they carry all sorts of Feta cheeses including sheep feta, Bulgarian Feta, kashkaval and other E.European cheeses. As far as meats they carry all sorts of dried salamis including Hungarian, Romanian such as Sibiu, Polish kabanos sausage and many other dried or smoked meats some that I've never seen before. Lots of canned stuff as well, if you're into making stuffed cabbage they have a good variety of canned cabbage and grape leaves. I'm Romanian but I grew up with a variety of products I mentioned above from all over that region. The service: I would've given them 5 stars, the only reason I took a star away is because of the service, the girl at the counter seemed to be mostly clueless when I asked her to give me some information about a few products. Her English was horrific but that's fine it didn't bother me. Also I think we've gotten used to deal with bigger businesses where they train their employees to behave courteously, she was on the phone yelling in Serbian a good part of the time when I asked her a few questions she talked to me like I was there kind of bugging her phone conversation which I didn't think was very professional. Overall don't let that stop you from visiting this place, if you grew up in the Balkans region or E.Europe in general you will find something that will bring back memories for sure.

They have fresh produce as well as a meat shop and a decent selection of Middle Eastern and Asian groceries. They hade a good selection of the Turkish delights that looked fresh and home made, We got a whole bunch of different flavors and they were all very good. The customer service could have been better. The lady behind the counter didn't seem too happy to see us but maybe she was just having a bad day. Overall, we got what we wanted and it tasted good. Kiddos were happy so, we were happy.

They also have a large variety of products in cans, jars, and packages - olives, nuts, grains, spices, stuffed grape leaves, etc. But my favorite is the excellent selection of flatbreads. This time I got a two-pack of huge (about 18 inches by 12 inches) poofy ones called taboons - $5 for the two of them and each weighed about a pound. They're very good plain, with olive oil and maybe a bit of flaky sea salt and/or rosemary, with butter, or in sandwiches and pizzas. The listed ingredients are flour, water, milk, sugar, salt, and yeast - no junk and they taste neither sweet nor salty. Plus, if you've not been here, it will be a fun place to explore.

There are a lot of smoked meats and sausages, much of which are smoked on the premises according to the very nice lady behind the counter. She gave us each a sample of the pork neck which was delicious if a bit saltier than I like. Still, we knew it'd be wonderful when used in other dishes, so Dawn and I split a pound of it, and a nice, big loaf of bread, also homemade. We found all manner of canned and jarred food there, some familiar, some wildly strange to us with our Scandinavian background, but all fascinating. I got myself a jar of chestnut spread and a bottle of Bull's Blood, a Hungarian wine I'd long wanted to try. Dawn found some plum jam. We all got free chocolate! This is just a nice little place run by nice, friendly people and filled with good food and drink. If you love little ethnic markets the way we all do, check it out.
