We found two Norwalk chairs were on sale and when I asked why, I was told it was a discontinued pattern. Shame on them for not declaring that damage was the reason they were discounting the chairs. Shame on us for not looking under one of the tags to find a 2 inch tear in the fabric on the shoulder of one chair. When asked about this later (after the purchase) we were told, yes, that is why they were on sale. No remedy was offered. This is NOT the kind of customer service we ever want to experience again. Our experience with other high quality stores is that damage is disclosed, not hidden - hence a damaged item was not purchased. Never again Ellecor. I caution you to be wary of any purchases at Ellecor.

It's not on everything, but what they overprice they REALLY over price. And you just can't tell what's going to be what. He acted like I was an inconvenience for asking questions and dismissed me completely. Not only was he rude to me, but I also witnessed him speaking down VERY POORLY to other employees in front of customers, which was extremely uncomfortable! There's clearly a lack of professionalism and leadership here -- it was honestly disappointing and made me not want to return. I hope corporate takes note of how management is being handled at this location and the toxic environment this individual is causing.
