What a open and airy space with a Café on one side and a market on the other. The lunch menu…read moreincludes pre-made sandwiches, made-to-order sandwiches, and pizzas. I ordered the Korean Chicken sandwich to go and it was ready quickly. It was very tasty and Huge. There several interesting-looking pizzas, but they were too large for a single lunch.

Popped in Saturday morning around 8:30/8:45, the second weekend after opening. There was a good smattering of people there enjoying breakfast, but no line. Breakfast offerings mostly include their incredible pastries! Mostly sweet, a couple savory options. Best pastries in town. Creative, delicious. Would love if they could be warmed up for in house dining. I got the pistachio blueberry bun with an oat milk latte. Just fabulous! Am excited to come back and try their lunch offerings! Salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. The pizzas sound really interesting and yummy especially. On the bakery and market side, they have a small but mighty selection of grab and gos, produce, pantry, frozen, baked breads, and cheese. Cafe line was pretty long by the time I left around 9:15am! Maybe due to it just being second weekend, but I hope they continue to enjoy lots of success after this initial opening wave. Lots of easy parking on site!

First, their lamination is ON POINT. Then add the Korean flavors and flair to it? Chef's kiss. So Injeolmi is basically like a mochi rice cake dessert with roasted soy bean powder on it. So they did their take on it by dusting the exterior with the roasted soy bean powder and putting the rice cake part INSIDE. You basically have to eat this day-of though - rice flour goodies are never that great re-heated. *trompe de l'oeil desserts - they have various ones that look like fruit BUT my favorite cheesecake that looks like a piece of cheese on a cheese board ha. Love the whimsy. *the sleeping bear cakes! I think this is more of a Valentine's Day special - I'm not sure if it's year-around but it's so cute and the chocolate mousse is so luscious with the perfect ratio of raspberry. *Dubai chocolate mochi - this is probably my favorite take on this viral trend. It's a really fascinating texture with the soft rice cake/mochi meeting the crunchy kataifi. I'm into though!

We decided to order on the kiosk because the line was pretty long. They offer quite a bit of seating on the other side of the pastries and can get loud, if it's packed. So if you're wanting to study, make sure to take a pair of earplugs. We got an iced black sesame latte and a peanut butter Macchiato. Both drinks were okay. The flavors of both drinks weren't as strong but okay. I grabbed a salt bread and a Dubai mochi. Salt bread was okay. The mochi was delicious. If you are a fan of Dubai chocolate, you'll love this! We'll definitely be back to try more pastries and drinks!
