She was super friendly, explained the equipment we'd be using, and had me grab some bands and weights after I took off my shoes and put on my sticky socks. The restroom was spotless, and the shoe area was clean and organized as well. This was my first barre class ever, and I was definitely nervous, but Kellis made it feel so inviting. As soon as we started, I knew it was going to be a great class. I've honestly never started shaking so quickly--within the first 10 minutes I was already feeling it! It was such an amazing experience. I loved it and can't wait to go back.

The studio is a bit small but the ac and music were pumping at just the right beat to keep me motivated and cool. Brandi's class that I took was strength and it involved multiple slow movements that involved a stretch band, two different size weights and a yoga mat. As someone newer to exercise, the class was a bit challenging but a really good push to take things to the next level. They offer excellent different specials from those for first clients, passes and monthly memberships. They even have discounts for first responders, students and teachers for monthly memberships. I haven't seen that yet in my experience. I would definitely return to this studio for another class.

They have two bathrooms which were clean when I visited, although I did notice they do not provide sanitary toilet seat covers. The barre room is just one smaller studio which I actually liked. It keeps the classes feeling more intimate instead of overcrowded and it is easier to see the instructor and follow along. The instructors were helpful with modifications, pacing, and cueing throughout the class. Some even remembered people's names right away which was impressive. Others were motivational and walked around helping adjust form if someone looked like they were starting to lose alignment. The music is very upbeat which helps keep the tempo of the workout going. Barre movements are small but intense so the pacing helps a lot. The workout itself is full body with a lot of stretching in between. I took an Engage class which is meant to be all levels and beginners should be able to follow along. That said, you will still feel it. Expect the shakes if you are new to barre. Overall I liked the experience and would go again. It also helps that the studio is located in a safe area of Henderson which makes it a comfortable option for locals looking for a consistent workout spot.

I won some free classes for Tru Fusion a couple months ago from an event they were doing at Area15…read more(it was puppy yoga with Service dogs & it was an absolutely magical experience!) Started going this past February/March to check it out. I absolutely loved it! The classes are definitely not easy, but I really enjoyed them & all the instructors. The staff is incredibly nice, really take the time to help you understand the classes. The manager was so nice & gave me a tour my first visit. They have four training rooms at this location, I only used two: Rock room & Soul room. Depending which room you're in, depends if it's a heated or non-heated class. I believe the rock room is the only one not heated? This location does not offer Reformer Pilates classes. From what I understand the other two locations do you offer different types of classes that might not be available at the eastern location. The instructors are so understanding & encouraging, especially if you're new to doing any of the classes. The cleanest fitness facility I've ever been to. Locker room, showers, bathrooms, training rooms, equipment, all spotless! They provide most of the equipment, (I needed to bring a mat, mat towel, sweat towel, & water, I was able to buy the hand wraps for boxing from them directly) when you're done, they have an area for used equipment so it can be cleaned. Equipment rentals are very reasonably priced. They have plenty of lockers & storage. Tons of amenities in locker room, & a water bottle filling station. Memberships are pretty pricey for me, so I will buying their class passes! I appreciate the fact that they do have options besides a membership (with contract,) you can buy class packs (but they do need to be used in a certain period of time.) They do some pretty good deals for their class packs through out the year & you can also do drop in classes. The first person I want to give a shout out to is Ashley who teaches their Tru Mat Pilates class! She was my go to person for starting at TruFusion, she had reached out to me about setting up my classes after I had registered. She helped me out so much, such a sweet person, & an incredibly kick ass instructor! My first class was so intense (since it was my first ever Pilates class, I learned a lot) she was so encouraging & really took the time to explain everything. She knew I was pretty overwhelmed & really made it a comfortable environment. She reached out to me after & sent me a really sweet email. I appreciate her so much for following up with me after & I can't wait to take her class again in the future! The next instructor that I had was Maddie she was my instructor for Tru Boxing Conditioning Express. Such a fun, but intense class! She was so nice & took the time to explain things, was very encouraging. She helped with anything I struggled with, I appreciated her help, especially in such a fast paced class! Her class is no joke & super fun!! You are getting a full on workout & also taking out all of your aggression at the same time, you're going back-&-forth between boxing & strength training, it is super quick! My next instructor was Nicole who was subbing for Ashley for Tru Mat Pilates. My trainer & I went together to her class, we both really enjoyed it. She definitely did things very different than Ashley & I really appreciated getting a different perspective on Mat Pilate workouts. They definitely teach very differently & I do love the variation! My final free class & the reason that I will be purchasing class packs in the very near future: Tru Roll & Recover with Neylan! She has such a peaceful, warm, & inviting energy. Her class was absolutely amazing!!! The people in that class were so nice & everyone was having a great time, a lot of laughing! It was so relaxing (still intense, nothing at Tru Fusion is easy lol) It's basically a slightly heated foam roller stretching class (I was definitely very bruised after from the textured foam roller) with a lot of slow movements mixed with meditation. If you need a class to help relieve stress & open up different parts of your body, this is the class to take! I cannot wait to make it a regular part of my schedule! The only downside to TruFusion was how loud the music is in most of the training rooms versus the microphones of the trainers. It can be very overstimulating, & hard to hear what the instructors are saying. What ended up helping me was using my filtered earplugs (like concert earplugs.) So that way I was able to hear the instructors over the music & the music not be overpowering, which also made a massive difference in my workout. So if you are considering taking Tru Fusion classes, & the music is too overwhelming & overstimulating, I highly suggest using filtered earplugs! TruFusion is an absolutely amazing place to take workout/fitness classes. Thank you, TruFusion for being a safe place to learn & grow on my fitness journey.

She worked everyone out to their limit, with grace for people to drink water, take a break or make adjustments. She did a great job explaining and demoing all the cycles. I've been coming here 1 year and it was great in the beginning but has gone downhill. The…read moreinstructors like Jolene and Alexa are great and the class time offering at 5am is clutch. But honestly, I have been waiting for changes here but it has not changed. For one thing are the broken treadmills!!! I'd give one star if I could. They just keep patching them with black tape like it's a broken G.I. Joe toy. Part of one of their classes like the REP utilizes the treadmill. If you are sprinting and running on it for like how many classes they offer a day, of course they will wear and tear so quickly! Like 3 or 4 of them don't even fricking incline anymore and one of them have like labels on it that says not to incline. It looks tacky AF! Like why am I paying a monthly more than some people that are offered lower monthly rate, when you guys can't even get new machines to replace these broken ass treadmills. The floors are dirty and found a gob of hair at one point. Not sure if they are vacuuming the Rep room after each use. I refuseeeeeeee to lay on the ground when we have to. I don't want to play...is the ground clean today or is it dirty. Maybe have bigger mats available for people; not the little tiny knee mats if floors are not maintained . The last thing I dislike being a member more lately is how full the classes are. Like I thought there is a cap to each classes, why are there more people allotted to the class?? When every spot is taken, why is there extra people that are around when there is no spot left? This baffles me. Like it's already crowded sometimes, and there's more people added? Like you go for heavier weights and you can't because the extra people are using it. It doesn't help when they also have their promotions; then you really have to book your class a week in advance because the classes get so full a sudden. It's like why pay membership for unlimited if it's always full. Last rant I have is the icing on the cake. I get an email from a staff member saying that this was their 3rd attempt to supposedly reach out to me about my updating my credit card when I missed 2 payments and that she would have to suspend my membership and cancel all my classes until I paid and updated my card. Okay welll first of all, I have been coming 2-3x a week from January and not once did I get an email, phone call, or a reminder from front desk about updating my card information. NOT ONCE. But she claims they attempted and this is supposedly the "3rd time". You're delusional. I know I should have updated it once I cancelled my card in Januarybut I completely forget to let them know since Im a busy person saving lives in NV. Well if you needed it- it's your staff's duty to also let me know especially when they check us in. Also, there was a better approach to this like for example- calling me anytime from January to now! Duh. But I never got a call, email, or staff tell me. This was just poor communication and service especially when I'm a regular! If it wasn't for the 5am class offering, I'm so close to just saying bye to this gym but I'm really trying to give this place a chance to hopefully be better. . There many improvements that can be made here. Hopefully you guys take notes and get new machines.

The hot yoga on Saturday is my new favorite way to get a good flow in for the weekend. The best part of taking heated classes are the cold lavender towels at the end! I'm not a morning person so I prefer the evening classes, but they have morning classes for all the early risers out there. Four stars because this is the only workout facility I've seen that doesn't have a water fountain or a dispenser, just water for purchase. Seems dangerous to offer hot classes and intense workouts without making sure clients have access to water.
