I'm not a pill taker, and not fond of doctors, so I started looking for holistic ways to heal. I ran across infrared light and red-light therapy in a sauna. I wanted to find a place that could give me a positive experience, a place where I felt safe and could heal slowly. I live at the very top portion of North Las Vegas and found Elevated Sauna. it appeared to be a long drive for me, but they were running such a great first time special of $15, I couldn't resist. The drive was worth every penny that I spent and more. I was met by a friendly staff, who took the time to explain how everything worked. The sauna area was warm and inviting, dim lights, soft calming music played, lights above to balance chakras, infra-red light in the sauna with red light therapy. I was given a frozen cloth and a beautiful shower area waiting for me in my private room. They thought of everything, hair ties, handheld massage, fan to cool you as you dress...towels and soaps provided for your shower. They go above and beyond to make your experience as perfect as can be. Well, it's been about a month since I've been going there, my pain and bruises have completely healed. The prices are so reasonable, there's all kinds of packages that you can choose, and I can't keep up with the great specials they offer throughout a week. This is definitely my new happy place. Anyone will be able to find a special or package that will fit your budget. I think the icing on the cake is that the owner is such a lovely person, very caring, very personable, always giving such great customer service and makes you feel appreciated for coming there. She's a local business owner and takes great pride in keeping her place spotless while giving great customer service! I encourage all of you to support our local business owners. Please go and meet Yasmin, she's a beautiful soul! Her staff are sweet, lovely people and I truly enjoy my experience there, it's consistently great each time!

After a long long last year, a special relationship has evolved and emerged as a true result of being able to love and respect one other . The joy that we can offer we were able to share as a "couple!" This is huge and a great commitment and feeling. We booked the couples massage here at Salt where you get a massage in a room together. It's really tranquil. The best of all things . We get to destress together and get rid of unwarranted and unnecessary distractions. You can think after a real session of self care. It reopens your eyes and refocuses the self. When the self is present it's able to be kind and calm and spread more hope and positivity to others. Let your light shine and be happy. You need to keep your self care up. This was so relaxing and refreshing. The peace and quiet that my mind felt and let old go . What happened last week it's all gone. New energy and life ! Here we go. Thank you to the staff here you were amazing and oh so busy . You handle the work and pressure so well. The team is amazing. Sometimes we need to be reminded of our greatness and how amazing that we are. Like the team here. They never miss a beat.

Because they don't think they should have to pay for a mantra? After The Beatles famous story and hearing Jerry Seinfeld's interviews about it, I decided it was worth spending the money to find out what's really going on. You get what you pay for, right? And, only a small amount of it goes to the instructors. The rest goes to the foundation. I wanted this instruction and knowledge so I paid for it. That was two months ago. Although I haven't felt anything major, no shifts in my life or personality or anything I can put a finger on, I do look forward to my 20 sessions twice a day. I've meditated before but not very successfully. Too much restless legs and my mind running all over the place, I eventually get up frustrated and don't try again until I'm super depressed or anxious and looking for relief. The structure of TM and the way it was instructed stayed with me and I apply it every time I sit down to do it. My mind wanders, but that's ok. You just gently bring it back to your mantra and continue on. It's not about trying to clear or empty your mind. Just being silent and relaxed and repeating the mantra. People report having a lot more energy in their days when they do TM, better sleep, more relaxed. I've noticed a little of that but I'm also in the middle of doing TMS treatment (TM and TMS at the same time? Yeah! I tried doing TM during my TMS treatment. They're both 20 minutes. I only did it once and didn't notice anything. I figured I'll just do them separately for now. The TM isn't exactly calming with a digital woodpecker pecking at your brain.) I'm also doing some Joe Dispenza meditations and have, in general, been working on my mental health, depression and anxiety daily for a little over a year now so when I feel some relief or joy, who knows where it's actually coming from. I'm scheduled for The Hoffman Process in March. Very much looking forward to that! Michael is a sweet, calm, very knowledgeable man and it was fun and informative learning the process from him. He's very generous with his time and has an on-going open door policy for his students. So far, I'm good with where I'm at so I don't have any plans to visit him again any time soon but when I do, I'll look forward to seeing him again. I think the desired outcome of TM is actually transcending and being "gone". I haven't been there yet. Michaeal said it was over a year of doing TM before it happened to him. This, like with all meditation, isn't about achieving some goal or enlightenment but more of something that happens when it happens and the only way it can happen is by meditating so I'll continue. Speaking of which, it's my time for my PM TM. If you're on the fence about TM in Las Vegas, allow me to push you over. Go visit and learn from Michael, or Janice. They're good people and TM is a great community to be involved in!

Started going this past February/March to check it out. I absolutely loved it! The classes are definitely not easy, but I really enjoyed them & all the instructors. The staff is incredibly nice, really take the time to help you understand the classes. The manager was so nice & gave me a tour my first visit. They have four training rooms at this location, I only used two: Rock room & Soul room. Depending which room you're in, depends if it's a heated or non-heated class. I believe the rock room is the only one not heated? This location does not offer Reformer Pilates classes. From what I understand the other two locations do you offer different types of classes that might not be available at the eastern location. The instructors are so understanding & encouraging, especially if you're new to doing any of the classes. The cleanest fitness facility I've ever been to. Locker room, showers, bathrooms, training rooms, equipment, all spotless! They provide most of the equipment, (I needed to bring a mat, mat towel, sweat towel, & water, I was able to buy the hand wraps for boxing from them directly) when you're done, they have an area for used equipment so it can be cleaned. Equipment rentals are very reasonably priced. They have plenty of lockers & storage. Tons of amenities in locker room, & a water bottle filling station. Memberships are pretty pricey for me, so I will buying their class passes! I appreciate the fact that they do have options besides a membership (with contract,) you can buy class packs (but they do need to be used in a certain period of time.) They do some pretty good deals for their class packs through out the year & you can also do drop in classes. The first person I want to give a shout out to is Ashley who teaches their Tru Mat Pilates class! She was my go to person for starting at TruFusion, she had reached out to me about setting up my classes after I had registered. She helped me out so much, such a sweet person, & an incredibly kick ass instructor! My first class was so intense (since it was my first ever Pilates class, I learned a lot) she was so encouraging & really took the time to explain everything. She knew I was pretty overwhelmed & really made it a comfortable environment. She reached out to me after & sent me a really sweet email. I appreciate her so much for following up with me after & I can't wait to take her class again in the future! The next instructor that I had was Maddie she was my instructor for Tru Boxing Conditioning Express. Such a fun, but intense class! She was so nice & took the time to explain things, was very encouraging. She helped with anything I struggled with, I appreciated her help, especially in such a fast paced class! Her class is no joke & super fun!! You are getting a full on workout & also taking out all of your aggression at the same time, you're going back-&-forth between boxing & strength training, it is super quick! My next instructor was Nicole who was subbing for Ashley for Tru Mat Pilates. My trainer & I went together to her class, we both really enjoyed it. She definitely did things very different than Ashley & I really appreciated getting a different perspective on Mat Pilate workouts. They definitely teach very differently & I do love the variation! My final free class & the reason that I will be purchasing class packs in the very near future: Tru Roll & Recover with Neylan! She has such a peaceful, warm, & inviting energy. Her class was absolutely amazing!!! The people in that class were so nice & everyone was having a great time, a lot of laughing! It was so relaxing (still intense, nothing at Tru Fusion is easy lol) It's basically a slightly heated foam roller stretching class (I was definitely very bruised after from the textured foam roller) with a lot of slow movements mixed with meditation. If you need a class to help relieve stress & open up different parts of your body, this is the class to take! I cannot wait to make it a regular part of my schedule! The only downside to TruFusion was how loud the music is in most of the training rooms versus the microphones of the trainers. It can be very overstimulating, & hard to hear what the instructors are saying. What ended up helping me was using my filtered earplugs (like concert earplugs.) So that way I was able to hear the instructors over the music & the music not be overpowering, which also made a massive difference in my workout. So if you are considering taking Tru Fusion classes, & the music is too overwhelming & overstimulating, I highly suggest using filtered earplugs! TruFusion is an absolutely amazing place to take workout/fitness classes. Thank you, TruFusion for being a safe place to learn & grow on my fitness journey.

Unfortunately, I found Jill's response unprofessional and her teaching style lacking refinement. She participated in only a small portion of the class herself, and her attire was not appropriate for an instructor (the see-through clothing is intentional and foul). Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming -- I do not recommend this facility to anyone looking for a solid and safe environment to practice yoga.
