Over the past several years I have seen several physical therapists in search of relief. I have also tried chiropractic, active release therapy, spinal rehab, acupuncture, massage, epidural. I have tried everything to get substantive relief. I was getting really frustrated and tired of being in pain all the time, and nothing was working. Out of frustration I decided to try physical therapy outside of the physical therapists my work comp would pay for, and I contacted Elite Concepts where I paid on my own. I'm so glad I did! Leslie really took the time to look into my specific pain. Through some trial and error we worked through my symptoms. She really seemed to care. She would contact me throughout the week to see how my symptoms were. We worked together to figure out a specific treatment as it related to me. Over about a month and a half I made more progress working with Leslie than I have made in over two-years, going to everyone I could to try to get relief. She really is a professional in this field and has a passion it. She taught me how to manage my symptoms, and since seeing her I have returned to full activity. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking physical therapy. In my opinion, after searching for over two-years for a solution she is the best! Thanks!

My insurance has sent me to one good PT and two others I will not go back to. I decided to pay out of pocket to go to Dr. Leslie after being referred by a high-octane athlete friend of mine. I'm so glad I tried her. I've seen Dr. Leslie now about 8 times, and she is absolutely THE best available. She's worked with NFL players and so many other athletes. Dr. Pat and Dr. Leslie are both amazing, so get in for a visit. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Seriously it was just dangling at the last…read moreknuckle in other words finger end/tip An ER doctor cleaned it up but then finally about 21 hours or so after the accident they finally got Hand surgeon Anisa Yalom in to replant the thing. Plus the bone was broken above the next lower joint which she also addressed I tell ya it was so demolished but somehow she has put it all back together I can hardly believe what an amazing job she has done! I wish now I had taken photos of my finger as it was just dangling backwards ....just flopping around hardly connected at all! I thought for sure I would lose it But now less than 4 weeks since the accident with all the exterior stitches out ? I have full feeling! The skin is probably over 80% healed back together I still have my finger! I thought sure I was just going to have a horrible stump end shorty finger but from the best angles already? if you squint? you can barely tell Dont get me wrong there is still lots of healing to do and I still have 3 K wires sticking out of my finger tip that she used to stabilise the broken bone but I am just blown away at her EXCELLENT work! I do have pics when it was still pretty fresh with the stitches etc so maybe I will post those and pics when I (hopefully) get these wires out in less than 2 weeks! I know it is going to take time and PT to get full use back but I am really pretty confident it is going to work out just based on how beautiful a job she obviously has done! I am so thankful she was the surgeon they managed to find for me!!

They are attentive, personable, and actually care about the work they're doing. You don't feel like you're just another name on the list! I felt like my concerns were always heard and valued. Which is super important because you know when your body doesn't feel right! As a young person, many medical professionals tend to overlook or downplay my concerns which later bites me because the issue ends up getting worse. I didn't have that issue here at all! I really appreciated Kha and his disciples (LOL) for their incredible work. You're my heroes! They also are super friendly and funny. In a way I'm kind of glad I got hurt and needed their services. I met some pretty awesome people there. I needed help putting back in place a moved neck vertebrae, and tackled carpal tunnel in the process. My exercises were manageable and it was nice being able to see them on the app with how many reps. If you like checklists, the app they have you download allows you to check off all the exercises you do (you don't have to mark it off if you don't want to. I didn't). They also print out your exercises for you in case that's easier for you. Overall, they were pretty organized and very clean! They have you wash your hands when you come in and they wipe down the beds, chairs, and equipment you use. Very COVID and hygiene conscious and I appreciate that. If you need to go to PT. I highly recommend this place!

The last we heard from them was a voice mail saying they were still looking into it. Today we just received a letter threatening to send us to "an outside collection agency." I am paying it an moving on, but my family will certainly never use them or any of their affiliated offices again.
