Their Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and EMG/Nerve Study did exactly that! Within a few hours we had a clear picture of my injury so they could target precise treatment. What a relief! And that treatment includes an electric stimulation device to target my affected nerves and chronic pain. After one Neubie treatment, I slept better than I have in months as the pain was significantly reduced. I'm delighted to have found NCEPT and am confident they're the right people (with the right tools) to help me heal & resume activities of normal life.

The friendly receptionist, Dani, was able to quickly assist me in completing my profile. The PT assigned to me is Dr Kim. She is very kind and listened to my case and ask meaningful questions to help target a specific technique that can help my pain. A thorough evaluation and exam helped to pinpoint that there are ways to help improve my situation. Her calm manner instills confidence in me. I am looking forward to seeing how this will help me to improve my situation. I went here for my work injury from work right away. At first was 2+ hours then 15 min but in actuality it took more than 20 min on terms of waiting for the nurse to call me in. I went over the process with the nurse like the blood pressure and Q&As. It was okay. I had to wait long again at least almost 1/2 hr for the doctor to come in to have a session with me. Her name is Dr. Cruz. After talking to her, I was and felt very uncomfortable from her. Her opinion prior to her decision on my work status and attitude were pretty dismissive even. She also prescribed some meds, but one of them is an NSAID arthritis gel when I do not have arthritis. The work status, wrong med and opinion felt a slap in a face. Overall, I do not recommend this clinic nor Dr. Cruz for Workers Comp. On top of that, I learned how bad this doctor is from my father because he used to have her before years ago. Lesson learned from this poor experience.

From the moment I called and explained the extent of my girl injuries until her last treatment we felt the compassionate care and superb patient care from Dr. Morales. Dr. M gave her a full exam, checked her current cleats, wrapped her ankle fully to allow for some healing, then on a second follow up the wrap looked a little different to allow for more movement, she checked the new high top cleats for fit, and finally in a week and half my daughter was back on the field. I highly recommend Dr. Morales for children as well as adults. She explained everything in detail, she has healer hands to find the issues and she was fun to chat to about sports!

Unfortunately my surgery was not a smashing success. I have prolonged symptoms and being treaded under Worker's Compensation which does not make it any easier.... (I ran for an AED to save someone's life and hurt my knee...) Dr. Nugyen, by a long shot -- is the most sophisticated, educated, capable, knowledgeable and compassionate PT I have ever worked with. I had quite a bit of PT in my days, -- and frankly lost belief in PT. Dr. Nugyen though, single-handedly, turned my belief into his profession around. Even though I have some significant post-op issues and may face (hopefully) a revision, - Dr. Nugyen keeps working with me with utmost diligence and patience. His knowledge base and training is superior and I could not have asked for a better PT. Though it's a busy office, the staff besides Dr. Nugyen, the office manager Katie, assistants (hope I get their designation right?) Dana and Angelica are absolutely fantastic as well.
