I looked up the address and it shows 30 minutes away and she says "if you live in Escondido that's impossible" Linda please tell me why I would lie about how long the drive is. If you are not educated enough on the area you live in and you don't know that some part of Escondido are 30 minutes away from each other then please don't come at me with the hostility. Very rude interaction she goes on to say okay I will pull the request then have a good day and hangs up. I would not go here if someone paid me $1,000 a visit. They clearly do not care about the patients and Linda is very rude.

I was extremely excited to hear they opened up a location in Escondido (where I live) so I no longer have to make the drive to Solana Beach. This may sound like an episode of "Friends" but Ross and Rachel are great! They hold the same values as the other locations and I felt completely safe going during Covid. I love that I'm with the same person through the whole session and not passed off to an aide. So glad they have a place in Esco finally. Highly recommend them!!!!

She told me pelvic floor issues also cause foot and jaw pain, which has also been relieved when I regularly do the stretching and exercises she taught me. Recently I saw Dr. Lizette who is helping me with shoulder pain issues. I'm feeling some relief already. Dillon is one of their assistants / trainers who worked with me on the exercises Dr. Lizette recommended. Seems like a great guy who took his job seriously and made sure I was using the correct form.

The last we heard from them was a voice mail saying they were still looking into it. Today we just received a letter threatening to send us to "an outside collection agency." The amount is only $60.00 and we have already wasted too much time dealing with them. It is no longer worth having further discussions. Unfortunately my surgery was not a smashing success. I have prolonged symptoms and being treaded under Worker's Compensation which does not make it any easier.... (I ran for an AED to save someone's life and hurt my knee...) Dr. Nugyen, by a long shot -- is the most sophisticated, educated, capable, knowledgeable and compassionate PT I have ever worked with. I had quite a bit of PT in my days, -- and frankly lost belief in PT. Dr. Nugyen though, single-handedly, turned my belief into his profession around. Even though I have some significant post-op issues and may face (hopefully) a revision, - Dr. Nugyen keeps working with me with utmost diligence and patience. His knowledge base and training is superior and I could not have asked for a better PT. Though it's a busy office, the staff besides Dr. Nugyen, the office manager Katie, assistants (hope I get their designation right?) Dana and Angelica are absolutely fantastic as well. Katie is always upbeat, with a smile on her face. Capable and seemingly never stressed she welcomes any and all with a smile and handles multiple tasks with ease and grace. I was referred to Longevity Physical Therapy by my orthopedist eight months after sustaining a dislocated kneecap. My therapist, Giovanna, guided me through exercises I was able to do, giving me the courage to use my knee more to strengthen it and its surrounding muscles. I experienced many breakthroughs throughout the four months of therapy and at-home exercises I was assigned to, the exercises increasing in difficulty as my knee became stronger. There were even evaluations that showed how much my knee had progressed! Giovanna was attentive to detail, patient in showing and correcting me through exercises, and open to any questions or concerns I had about my knee and exercises. Plus, the receptionists, Liv and Sabrina, were very friendly and happy to answer any questions and explained the next steps while waiting for insurance approval. I don't think I would be back to my regular recreational activities without Longevity! I'm forever grateful for Giovanna and the rest of the team at Longevity! :)

With Rick Stauffer assembling arguably the finest and most motivated team, my recovery now is rated close to 100%. Ricks' right hand man Josh Ostrom had the very difficult task of guiding me through my more severe second injury. Josh was dedicated to me and performed the vast majority of my PT sessions. It looked pretty bad initially as recovery was slow, but he stayed with me and true to his dedication, I am now back to playing golf with zero pain. I scoured local resources and chatted with a few parents until I stumbled through Yelp on Dr. Morales. From the moment I called and explained the extent of my girl injuries until her last treatment we felt the compassionate care and superb patient care from Dr. Morales. Dr. M gave her a full exam, checked her current cleats, wrapped her ankle fully to allow for some healing, then on a second follow up the wrap looked a little different to allow for more movement, she checked the new high top cleats for fit, and finally in a week and half my daughter was back on the field. I highly recommend Dr. Morales for children as well as adults. She explained everything in detail, she has healer hands to find the issues and she was fun to chat to about sports!
