I've been coming here for about five months now, and I honestly don't want to stop, this place has…read moreknocked at least ten years off my body. I'm one of those older guys who always thinks he can do more than he probably should, so I'm constantly pushing myself to the limit. That usually takes a toll, but these guys keep putting me back together and keeping me active. I'm physically stronger and in less pain now than I was 20 years ago, and that's because of this place. The therapists here are extremely knowledgeable and great at finding the root cause of issues instead of just treating symptoms. I'm incredibly thankful they keep me in the gym and on the road, running virtually pain-free. And yes, they now see my entire family, because they're that good. They currently treat my son for a knee issue and are amazing with him, especially since he was nervous to come in because of his autism. My wife goes there for herniated discs, and they've helped her feel stronger and so much better. Even my daughter came in after waking up one morning with severe back pain, they fixed her right up, and she didn't even want to stop coming once she hit 100% (we finally had to tell her she was good!). Thanks Align, for taking such great care of our whole family!

I had my 2nd rotator cuff tendon surgery on November 25, 2025, after a work injury. I researched…read morein-network clinics in my area, and found Align Physical therapy clinic. I went to the clinic, and spoke with the staff. They were very friendly, and showed me around the clinic. They told me about the treatment option, and said the could fit me in right away. I gave them my referral from my Orthopedic doctor, and they scheduled my appointments for the week. The the 1st appointment after waiting about 15 minutes, my therapist said he was just doing an assessment of my range of motion. I only took about 30 minutes. He massaged my shoulder, did some slight movement of my arm, and instructed me to do some rotation and sliding exercises. He put a heating pad on my shoulder, and that was it. The 2nd appointment I had to wait 15 minutes before similar treatment. The 3rd appointment, I had to wait 20 minute before being called to a massage table. My assigned therapist was working on another patient. I was given a table just a few feet away from where he was. I was agreed to a heat pad on my shoulder while I waited for my therapist. I sat with the pad for another 20 minutes. At this point I was annoyed. Why schedule an appointment when you clearly are not available. Another therapist named JC came to my table and took the pad off my shoulder. He tried to change the position of the table, but he did not know how to operate it. He went over to another therapist to ask for assistance. That is when I realized that he was new, and obviously inexperienced! He massaged my shoulder for about 5 minutes. I was visibly in pain, and he was scared to treat me. He said it was unusual for a patient to be in that much pain even though I had surgery less than 3 weeks ago. He told me that I needed to call my doctor. I was shocked and mortified that Align clinic would assign such an experienced therapist who didn't know how to treat me. I waited 40 minutes for about 10 minutes worth of treatment. I called my doctor's office immediately after I left, and was advised not to return to Align clinic. I then called Align clinic, and told them that my doctor and I decided that I was not a good fit for this clinic and I would not be returning. In my opinion this clinic is more like a gym than a therapeutic clinic. The staff is pleasant, and the clinic is clean, however I think the clinic is not organized, as I didn't see anyone writing notes or looking at records of their patients. The clinic was very crowded and it seems the priority is on getting the most business instead of making sure each patient gets the best treatment.

After having bad neck pain after riding a super rough roller coaster at a theme park, my doctor…read moresent me to ATI to have it checked out. I've never done physical therapy before, so this was a first for me. I only went to my first appointment and never returned, for several reasons. First, I will say that it's a nice facility. Open, lots of workout machines and stretching areas, and very welcoming and non-intimidating. That's just about the only good thing I have to say about this place. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone there seemed so disorganized. The lady at the front desk was less than pleasant, and wanted to make sure she had all my insurance information before she's even crack a smile (this is sadly the norm in America's healthcare system, of course). I had to fill out an extensive form that was mainly concerned with billing and how to track me down if I didn't pay, LOL. Finally, I was taken to a back room to meet with a "trainer." The "trainer" did some basic things like make me extend my arms and move my neck. He measured the range of motion, which wasn't great due to the fact that I had a hurt neck. After a few more minutes of this, he said he was leaving to put together a "specialized treatment plan" for me. I waited another 15 minutes or so until someone else came to get me and sat me in a chair in the public area. Other people were stretching, using machines, etc. I was sitting alone in a chair. Yet another guy came over and showed me a couple of stretches: turning my head one way while holding my shoulder down the other way. He had me do 30 stretches and holds for 30 seconds. Then he walked away and left me to my own devices. I completed the stretch routine and sat while the "trainers" were busy joking around, laughing, and talking with each other. I did not see any of the staff actually sitting with nor working with patients. Finally he came back over and showed me another stretch. Told me the same, and left. This continued for about 30 minutes. Then I was put on a cycling machine, which I cannot figure out why on earth that would help my neck. It's like they forgot why I was there! Finally, I did some pulley system that worked my arms (which again didn't do a thing for my neck). In fact, it actually hurt my neck more. Afterwards, I was taken back to the main desk to schedule more appointments. It felt very timeshare-y with how much they were PUSHING me to do thrice weekly appointments. I finally relented and they got me on the books for a few months at three times per week. I left feeling like this whole thing was scammy. I was given a folder when I left with the directions for all the stretches I just did (scratch that: the stretches I just PAID $180 to do ON MY OWN), so I figured I could just do those at home for free! I ended up canceling all of my future appointments and just doing the treatment on my own, since it was the same - except I could do it in the comfort of my own home. Why pay close to $600 per week to be ignored and left to stretch on my own when I can do that at home for free? Maybe your experience would be different based on your injury, but I did not find the services here useful at all. If you go here, make sure it's just for an initial appointment. See how you feel about being ignored and told to just sit there and stretch.
