I want to be fair.. scheduling was easy and everyone was pleasant on the phone. But the actual appointment for my daughter's post-fracture PT felt extremely rushed. Appointment time was 8:00. We were taken back at 8:12 and finished by 8:16. We weren't given exercises, we weren't coached on what to do at home, and we didn't leave with anything that resembled a plan. We were simply told the next appointment is when they'd start. That brief encounter resulted in about a $300 insurance bill plus our $25 copay. I contacted the office afterward to discuss what happened and asked about a copay refund. No response.. We then went to a different PT clinic and the first visit was about 65 minutes with a thorough assessment and a home program immediately. That contrast says it all.. read more

She was the patient--not me--but I'm the one now dealing with the mess they created through their reckless and shady billing practices. They sent a SIX DOLLAR balance to a collections agency without ever contacting us. No call. No email. No bill in the mail. Nothing. Just silence--and then suddenly, we're getting hounded by collections over six bucks. Had they simply told us, we would've paid it immediately. Instead, they chose to damage our credit and harass us over an amount you'd find under a couch cushion. If this is how their billing department operates--without the slightest regard for communication or professionalism--how can anyone trust the way they run their clinical operations? If they're this careless with paperwork, what shortcuts are they taking with patient care? This wasn't just a clerical error--it was a complete failure of basic decency and responsibility. It honestly makes me question whether their license should be under review. No reputable healthcare provider does this. And frankly, I'm skeptical of all the overly glowing reviews they've somehow racked up online. Real businesses don't behave this way. To be clear: we're not upset about the six dollars. We're upset that they never even gave us a chance to pay it. That's not just unprofessional--it's disgraceful. If you're considering Suarez Physical Therapy, think twice. My wife deserved better.
