I especially like the "hands on" approach to stretching, massage, and exercise that the staff facilitate! After every contact with clients staff ensure cleanliness by sanitizing the area. I had a great experience with Align Physical Therapy while recovering from severe tennis elbow and…read moresignificant forearm pain and limited mobility. The team helped me make meaningful progress through a combination of strengthening exercises, stretching techniques, and hands-on massage therapy. When I first started, the pain and immobility were really impacting my ability to use my arm normally, and I'm very happy with how much stronger and more functional it became throughout therapy. The combination of hands-on treatment and targeted exercises gave me tools I can continue using to prevent future issues. The only part of my experience that I wasn't particularly fond of was feeling like there was an effort to upsell me on additional TENS/electrotherapy treatments. I would have preferred that those options simply be presented as part of the available treatment choices without feeling like an additional sales pitch. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received and the progress I made. If you're dealing with an injury or mobility issue, especially as an active athlete, I would definitely recommend giving Align Physical Therapy a try.

I am very pleased with the results thus far. I highly encourage you to try them out if you're experiencing any pain, you don't have to live with it! They will help you! This has helped me to recover stronger. What a difference it has made in my balance and having looking forward to having "life" again. I am not there yet, but I am hopeful. I am at 99%. You wonder why not stop. Because the 1% can cause me to tip - fall over - lose balance quickly w/o warning. I have been dealing with this since November 2024. I went to a neurologist and then another. Including getting therapy with another facility - but it was more of a stretch exercise...however, it didn't resolve my situation and its strength. Basically, Fysical at other location did their best they felt and there wasn't much more to do. Last therapy was in 2025 and I was hovering 85-90% in control of my balance. If I get these episodes, it is out of nowhere, and I will lean towards falling. The therapists there were all kind...but not invested into my quality of life...I got really disillusioned...exercises were good to sustain, but that is it. However, I didn't give up, and now I feel much more confident and look forward to 100% and being Alive!

I have been receiving physical therapy at Fyzical since January following my calcaneus fracture…read more Overall, I have felt challenged and supported throughout my rehabilitation and have made substantial improvement in my walking. During my most recent treatment session, however, I was injured while performing an exercise directed by my physical therapist. I immediately reported the pain to the therapist and later brought the incident to the attention of the clinic staff. At my next visit, I was discharged from physical therapy. Although I had sustained a new back injury during treatment, no one recommended that I seek a medical evaluation. Instead, I was told that I could return for physical therapy for my back if I obtained a new referral. I was also concerned to find that the treatment note understated my report of pain and did not accurately reflect the severity of my response during the session. I'm obviously going to get it checked out, but it's definitely something to consider when evaluating a physical therapy practice.

I can't say enough good things about Maximum Velocity PT and, specifically, Ron Gallagher. Ron is…read moretruly one of a kind! Ron first worked with my daughter after she suffered two torn ACL injuries, and he was instrumental in helping her rehab and get back on the soccer field. I already knew he was amazing when it came to working with athletes, but I'm not an athlete myself. For months, I had been dealing with debilitating knee pain that was really affecting my everyday life. I finally decided to give Ron a shot, and I am so thankful I did. Ron assessed me carefully and put me on a personalized program focused on strengthening my muscles and supporting my knee. The results have been incredible. This 61 year old woman is now knee pain free and stronger than I've been in years! I'm stronger overall, and I feel so much better in my everyday life. Ron's knowledge of how the body works is truly impressive. He doesn't just treat the pain. He takes the time to understand what is causing it and builds a program to address the underlying weakness. I highly recommend Ron and Maximum Velocity PT to anyone, athlete or not, who wants to get out of pain, get stronger, and feel better. Ron is exceptional at what he does!

Wow. Ron Gallagher at Maximum Velocity is the secret "health" sauce more people need to know about!…read moreI've been a nurse for over 20 years, and I have a PhD in Nursing, so I love evidence-based practices. But let's be real--no doctor or therapist has all the answers. Their knowledge is limited by their training, research, and hands-on experience. I should've gone to Ron sooner. I had four very active friends get "fixed" by him after being told to just rest by multiple physicians--lower back pain, slipped discs, bone spurs (osteophytes), plantar fasciitis--you name it. But because he doesn't take insurance, I hesitated. Big mistake. I love running and have been doing lifting group classes for years. Over the last five years, I've dealt with tenosynovitis in my foot, lateral hip pain (trochanteric bursitis), and lower back pain. I chalked it all up to aging and having four kids. I also had frequent urination after having my kids, but I figured that was just part of life after childbirth. Wrong. When I saw Ron, he educated me--he told me there are four levels of training to get the maximum health effect, and most people skip levels without building a proper foundation. That was me. My weak pelvic floor was a major contributor to my hip and lower back pain, and I had no idea. Ron explained that there's little to no treatment for women who've had episiotomies, and a lot of my issues stemmed from not strengthening my pelvic floor properly. What?! Then January hit. I went back to the gym after a month off, had a back day in class, and my lower back killed me afterward. I saw a couple of healthcare providers and was diagnosed with an SI sprain. Again, I was told to rest. I did. After a month, I tried Pilates and yoga. Every time I stretched, it made things worse. Another month passed, and I realized--here we go again, another five months to recover. I was miserable. Sleeping, standing, even walking was a struggle. Finally, I caved and saw Ron. And wow. He spent an hour assessing me, asking about my history, and getting to the root of my problem. I was blown away by how much he knew. Turns out, I kept stretching a weak back when what I really needed was to strengthen it. The exercises he gave me to rebuild my pelvic floor first (before even touching my back and hips) made ALL the difference. Not only does my body feel stronger, but my frequent urination has improved so quickly. Ron explained everything, drew pictures, and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my body. And as a nurse educator, I eat that stuff up. Don't just tell me what to do--teach me the why. Ron promised I'd be back in the gym and running in three weeks. I thought, no way. But here I am, week three--I've already gone on a short run, and I feel amazing. My back feels ten years younger. He also pinpointed why I kept having issues with my left hip and foot. He knows his stuff. He's confident in what he does. Honestly, he's a miracle worker--the kind that saves you from surgery and gives you years back on your body. He's worth every cent. Think about the copays for surgery or the misery of feeling like your body is just breaking down. Forget that. Go see Ron. He WILL fix you. His home exercises, including warm-ups (which, turns out, I was doing all wrong), have completely changed my recovery. I've never bounced back from an injury this fast. Oh, and he helped my friend's teenage daughter too--an elite soccer player who kept having hip issues. As soon as she started strength training with Ron, her pain disappeared. Ron will get you straight and fix you quick. If you're struggling with injuries, stop wasting time. Go see him.

A Truly Exceptional Level of Care!…read more After more than 25 years of dealing with chronic pain and complex health issues, I've relied on countless PT facilities across California and Nevada. I honestly can't imagine living a week without physical therapy, but since I found Synergy Physical Therapy on Horizon Ridge nearly two years ago, I finally understand what truly excellent care feels like. This team has been instrumental in my recovery from major, complicated back fusion and shoulder replacement surgeries. From the moment you step in, you are surrounded by genuine attention and care. The entire team--from the front desk to the therapists--is incredibly professional, friendly, kind, responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every single staff member knows every patient's name, condition, and needs. My progress is dynamically evaluated, and my exercises are thoughtfully adjusted session-to-session, not just once a month like I experienced at other clinics. My therapist, Alexandra Wilson, is a consummate professional whose expertise is matched only by her kindness. She is fantastic! Additionally, Manager Alia Jenkins and the front desk staff always do their absolute best to accommodate the best possible schedule for you. Beyond the superb clinical care, the atmosphere is simply great--it feels like you're working with a group of good friends. They celebrate every day of life, and the environment is always positive and upbeat. I highly, highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy! They set the standard for what physical rehabilitation should be.
