Point is- go school the whole community if you're concerned about folks not having proper tires and/or know-how in general. Condescending folks are annoying. And there are lots of therapists around here so I'll find another one that has tact and cares about people and doing the right thing over trying to be passive aggressive. When the roads are a slick mess, common sense is to wait it out and avoid being on them unless necessary.
