I've been going to ADIO Chiropractic Center for several years. Recently I had a terrible episode of vertigo & fell off the bed, landing on my face! I also injured my shoulder. I did go to urgent care to make sure I didn't break anything. Afterward my fall I couldn't lift my right arm above my waist. I called to see if I could get an adjustment & their receptionist, Regina (she's awesome!) got me in right away, within the hour! When they did see her, they recommended nearly $300 in X-rays before scheduling her a separate appointment later that week to get adjusted. I first saw Dr. Dickson several years ago due to low back and hip pain that was aggravated by my job. Being a disabled vet and having two artificial hips, I was worried that chiropractic treatment would not help. I was SO wrong! Dr. Dickson did a full assessment, taking X-rays and gathering my health history and relevant med documents from past treatments. We started on a regimen of manipulation 3 times a week and improvement was noticeable at the end of the first week. Improvement was steady and consistent, and Dr. Dickson changed up the types of manipulation he used to treat me based on my changing symptoms. After several months' treatments, I was feeling well enough to quit seeing him. Fast forward to February of 2020, and I found myself in a similar situation with regard to recurring back and hip pain. Although I had not seen Dr. Dickson for over a year, when I walked through the door of the office, the staff knew me right away and warmly welcomed me back. I chatted with the Dr. to update my symptoms and likely contributors to the current pain, and he suggested that we treat the problem as we had originally. I am seeing Dr. Dickson 2-3 times per week, and after just 2 weeks the hip pain is almost completely gone and my low back pain is substantially relieved and intermittent. When I started this course of treatments my pain was 8-10; today it ranges from 1-3 depending upon my levels of activity. SO happy with Dr. Dickson and the staff at Adio. We have always had a great experience with Adio Chiropractic. My daughter is a dancer and has a bad hip, we started seeing doc about 3 yrs ago when we were didn't know what else to do. He adjusted her and with in a week she had so much more movement and less pain. At first we went about twice a week but it was well worth it the improvement was tremendous. Fast forward 3 yrs we still go to doc and about once ever month he adjusts my daughters to keep her hips in line and she hasn't had the hip problems or pain she use to experience. This past weekend my daughter competed in a National dance competition and she tweaked her hip again but guess who our first visit was to? You guessed it Adio. I went to this chiropractor 2 years ago. Each time after being seen, I went to the front desk to make my next appointment and asked what I owe. Each time getting my new appointment and being told that there was nothing outstanding. I stopped going due to a surgery. After a year of not being seen I received an outstanding bill saying I owe 1k, it said it was over 90 days. I have insurance that would have paid this amount easily if it was billed on time. But due to untimely billing they denied it. Now they are harassing me about the outstanding bill. I highly do no recommend anyone from going here. Found Adio Chiropractic on Groupon, and there was a reason why they're on Groupon. I am suffering from lower back pain/stiffness and was hoping the chiropractor might be able to fix this. After, 9 "adjustments" my back was not feeling any better. Finally, they recommended I see a massage therapist and immediately my back felt better. It took over 9 "adjustments", and nearly $500, for the doctor to realize a stiff back might need a massage therapist. I put "adjustments" in quotations because they lasted all of 5 minutes and I'm not sure anything was ever really "adjusted." On top of this is the lack of respect to customers who set a schedule to see the doctor is just mind blowing. Plan on waiting for the doctor. I grew up believing chiropractors should be called quackopractors. That is until my family met Matt Dickson. Our youngest son had scoliosis so extreme the doctors said he would need surgery to fuse his spine and be in body casts for months. Adio is the best of the best for chiropractice. First off, the receptionist/x-ray technician/everything else she does is the kindest, patient person you'll ever meet in a doctor's office. I have been going to ADIO for about 6 months or so usually twice a month. I originally went for frequent headaches and migraines and have had no issues with this for the last few months. I continue to get adjusted but my favorite part of the office is the massage. I get a massage every couple weeks with Kristen and she is not your typical masseuse. I have had deep tissue before but she will do as deep as you are willing to accept. I have a few troubled areas in my back and neck that tend to knot, and when i leave my back feels like a bowl of Jello. I highly recommend and respect the skills she brings to the table. read more

They up and decided to charge me $159 for adjustments I had 2 YEARS AGO. They say that I never paid them and they just let me walk out. I paid cash for every appointment I had. I distinctly remember them scrambling to get change from the back because they didn't have it up front at the desk. After a phone call they are denying that they have change on hand at their location, this is a straight out lie. I also refused their program for cheaper appointments because they said the most they could go for me was do a massage every once in a while. The massage was awful by the way, the lady did not listen to me and refused to use more lotion and wouldn't listen to where I needed the massage to be centered around (I.e the tightened muscles that were hurting me). The adjustments were mediocre and can be done by any other place for cheaper. So I stopped going and even moved away. They are taking advantage of a young, financially struggling, college age student. Not once was there any mention of owed money or bills sent in the mail. Don't waste your time or money. I started seeing Dr Matt Dixon in mid March of this year for chronic back pain that has been getting worse the past 3 yrs. I have gone to several chiropractors over the past 20 years and I have never experienced a more compassionate, caring, friendly, and helpful Chiropractor than Dr Dixon. His technique for aligning the spine actually works unlike with past Chiropractors where the adjustments helped for a short time but went back to where I had started with pain. I was reluctant to go in as past appointments at other offices never seemed to do much help. I have a slight kyphosis and I am amazed at how much better my posture is than before I started. Dr Dixon goes above and beyond, which is rare to find these days, and truly cares for his patients. He is thorough, detailed in his explanation of treatments, very knowledgable in the field and offers in house exercises using various equipment rather than just the typical 15 min adjustment. It's also hard to find an office that also children to come with their parents. My son doesn't trust many people but loves to go to Adio Chiropractic and loves to talk to Dr Dixon and gives him high fives. My first appt was xrays while the 2nd appt was to go over the findings and do adjustments. He has a large computer screen that displays your xrays and what a normal xray looks like. He took time to go over the Radiologist's report and answer all my questions. It is obvious with the care, attention, and time he gives each patient that he truly loves his job, loves his patients, and works to make a difference rather than a paycheck. It is rare these days to find any Dr who takes the time to listen and give helpful advice rather than treat and release. He has helped me more ways than 1 and I am so grateful. I feel lucky to have found him and his office. Regina, the office staff/assistant, is also extremely friendly. It is obvious she loves children and doesn't mind if you have to bring them in. She offers to watch my son while I am there. She is always so friendly and helpful. They have massage therapists on site as well. I have not used them yet but I can tell they are friendly too. I had the worst experience that I have ever had with a doctor's office lying to me about accepting my insurance...plus the doctor was just ok...nothing spectacular. One of the first questions I asked Tanesha at the front desk was if the office accepted my insurance...easy yes or no question for most doctors' staff. She politely took my card copied it and said that she was sure that they did but would let me know on my next visit. Since I was using a COUPON on the first visit I did not think that it would be a issue to wait. Long story short she had a excuse on my next 2 visits as to why she did not have time to contact the insurance company. Also she gave me a $1,200.00 estimate on my 3rd visit of what it would cost to continue treatment. Now this was cost on top of my insurance. At this time (3rd) I determined that this was a SCAM an they did not accept my insurance but had figured a way to get cash directly from me. I was told when I left the office that day that I did not owe anything because she would be billing the insurance company. 4 months later I get a bill and of course she had never attempted to bill my insurance. I have received the worst runaround from Tanesha and have been turned over to a collection agency. I recommend that you get everything about your cost and billing cleared up on the 1st visit and don't trust her. I would just love to know if this happened to anyone else. read more

I WAS a patient here until Dr. Dickson did what must be against the Hippocratic Oath. He actually looked me over while I was in pain, unable to turn my head, and sent me home as he didn't feel he had time to help me because he had a lot of paper work to do!. Why any chiropractor would ever prioritize paper work over caring for a patient that was already on the table is beyond me.
