Home of our favorite therapists! They are very knowledgeable but they offer more than just…read moretherapy. They offer understanding. So many times they helped my boy through meltdowns or helped me carry things to the car, with patience I might add. They're very involved within the community. They organize events to try help parents find support, such as yoga classes, and they participate in community walks. Our speech therapist Stephanie and Colleen helped us learn to talk with pictures, attended a school meeting for his IEP, and even did the majority of the paperwork for me so Jace could have his own device. They didnt ask for extra compensation, they just offered help. Mrs. Tisa is a supportive ball of sunshine and the entire family gets involved. I just don't know another place that cares that much or works that hard. I would continue to brag but I'm running out of space. We also love Katie and Alyssa and some of the parents from the waiting room on Wedenesdays. You guys all rock!

Prior to finding Amaryllis Therapy Network, my wife and I were at the end of our rope with our…read moreson's behavior. He was kicked out of the home daycare he was in since he was a baby, kicked out of an expensive daycare/preschool thereafter, and shortly after starting kindergarten he was racking up suspensions. We felt as if everybody was against us and just wanted to give up on him. The school offered no support and told us to go the medical route. His doctor was quick to offer up medication and the child psychologist he referred us to just tried to push us into parenting classes. We knew that something else was happening with our boy, we were good parents and our son was a smart and compassionate boy. Finally, we got a referral from our doctor to Amaryllis Therapy Network where our first visit with Mindy Wolfe changed our entire outlook on our sons behavior. After just one session with him and documentation/videos from us, Mindy was able to pinpoint some sensory issues that he was experiencing. The way she explained what was happening and why he was reacting the way he had been made perfect sense, the puzzle pieces were coming together. The next 9 months we visited Mindy once a week. Not only was my son learning how to better control his behaviors, but I was learning how to help him satisfy his sensory needs through specialized exercises. The staff worked great together and were excellent at bringing the kids together in real social situations, which I believe helped my boy tremendously. I am pleased to report that the second half of the school year was a complete turn around for our son who is now getting ready to enter into first grade. We found that it is a lot of work and will continue to be a struggle here and there, but now we have the tools to better help our boy succeed in school and become a wonderful little man. We owe Mindy Wolfe and the entire friendly staff at Amaryllis Therapy Network more than we could ever pay back.

This review is a year overdue. I thought I had written a review prior. Oops…read more We saw Ms. Cindy for a few months in the fall of 2023. We were referred to Amaryllis for OT for our 1 month old son. (He's now 1.5 years old.) Our lactation consultant didn't suspect a tongue tie but she had suggested Amaryllis for some OT since he wasn't latching correctly. When we first saw Ms. Cindy, it would take our son 30-40 minutes to finish his bottle. And by the time he was finished, he was still hungry. We discovered his bottle time should be between 15-20 minutes and he was using extra energy which is why he would still be hungry. We saw Ms. Cindy for about 10 sessions? Maybe 8? It was about 8-10 weeks for about 30 minutes each time. And our son was so much better. He wasn't using his tongue correctly in utero and we worked on some exercises to help him. We saved some sessions for when he started solids but honestly, we didn't end up needing them. He became such a good eater. And I think it is because of the work we did with him in the first few months of his life. We definitely appreciate all the work that Ms. Cindy did and all the extra work we had to do at home as well.

My doctor, affectionately called "Dr. E." is among a small handful of my very favorite physicians in my 80 years of life. The nurses and CNA's were all kind, helpful and quickly responsive to all of my call lights, requests for help and questions. My physical and occupational therapists were wonderful and enjoyable to work with. Far less important but still greatly appreciated is the physical environment. Bright and cheerful, lots of windows. If I ever need the services of another rehab center in the future I will ask I can go back there. I am sure there is no better facility. I recommend the Center at Northridge in Thornton Colorado to anyone that needs a skilled nursing facility to help them heal.

I can guarantee you that if anything were to occur in the future, we will never step foot in your establishment again. Please see the letter I wrote to the head honcho, with absolutely no response whatsoever. This was also just the tip of the iceberg. Throughout this stay, there have been a multitude of issues. To be quite honest, it was very disconcerting. That being said, none of it was towards the actual care team. Everyone that I personally encountered were extremely kind and helpful. This is where we are going to get into the details. Your Director of Case Management, Karen Cook, is absolutely wretched at her job. I'm not going to mince words. I believe I have spoken to her, via phone, twice. Please keep in mind that one of these was during the care conference on September **th, two days after admission. The other was prior to admission. She wrote in an email that she tried to call me a few days later, and that she left a voicemail. Surprising, as I received no missed calls, or a voicemail in the time period that she said she called. Not once did she try to call back. As stated, the only time I received a phone call from this woman was within the first two days of my mom being there. The care conference included her, and at least one therapist. Since then, I have received ZERO updates from any therapist of any kind. Not only that, but some of the emails received from Karen came across as condescending and rude. So, that favor may have been returned. She is absolutely not clear about anything. Today, I picked my mom up to return her to *********, where she resides in the memory care facility. I didn't get a care conference of any kind. Was handed papers to sign by the nurse (who was very nice), and basically shoved out the door. I do have all emails from Karen, if you would like me to forward them. I am beyond appalled. NO updates on therapy!? Nothing?! Phenomenal. Now, I will say my mom is a hard headed broad that thinks she doesn't need sort of medical device to help her move around, when she absolutely does. That being said, I received 5-6 phone calls stating that she had fallen. Oon 3 or 4 of those, she was ok. Another one, a portable xray machine was called in. One was when she was transported to the ER for multiple tests, of which a diagnosis of a hematoma was figured out. On Tuesday, I came down to see mom, and curiosity got the best of me. I asked the nurse to verify how many times mom had fallen. She looked it up, and guess what.........only 2-3 (I cannot accurately remember how many she said, because I was so baffled), were actually documented!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!? So she fell a multitude of times, but only thought to document a couple of them? That is asinine. So, to say the least, I am writing this so you can see what is going on in this business. This is absolutely deplorable. These are family members. These are loved ones. Would you be ok with this happening with a member of your family!? Especially an 85 year old woman with dementia/alzheimers!? Yeah, me either. Thank you for your time.

He has an incredible knowledge of anatomy and is more than willing to share it and answer any questions you have! With David I feel less like a patient and more like a friend, I have never felt that he didn't have my interests and my goals in mind first and foremost. Plus it's very easy to lose track of time just having a friendly conversation about movies or books during the treatments!
