This review is a year overdue. I thought I had written a review prior. Oops. We saw Ms. Cindy for a few months in the fall of 2023. We were referred to Amaryllis for OT for our 1 month old son. (He's now 1.5 years old.) Our lactation consultant didn't suspect a tongue tie but she had suggested Amaryllis for some OT since he wasn't latching correctly. When we first saw Ms. Cindy, it would take our son 30-40 minutes to finish his bottle. And by the time he was finished, he was still hungry. We discovered his bottle time should be between 15-20 minutes and he was using extra energy which is why he would still be hungry. We saw Ms. Cindy for about 10 sessions? Maybe 8? It was about 8-10 weeks for about 30 minutes each time. And our son was so much better. He wasn't using his tongue correctly in utero and we worked on some exercises to help him. We saved some sessions for when he started solids but honestly, we didn't end up needing them. He became such a good eater. And I think it is because of the work we did with him in the first few months of his life. We definitely appreciate all the work that Ms. Cindy did and all the extra work we had to do at home as well. read more

I have heard good things about Amaryllis Therapy Network, but we did not have a good experience. I wanted to mention that this review is solely about tongue ties and lip ties. I have no experience with the other therapies that Amaryllis offers, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. I also wanted to preface that I believe the person we worked with us has now left Amaryllis so me experience is only with one OT. We were seeing a lactation consultant who mentioned that our baby may have a tongue tie and lip tie. They recommended that we go to Amaryllis to have it checked out. The OT we met with immediately told us that the baby had significant lip ties and tongue ties and that we would definitely need to have them removed. My baby was eating fairly normally up to this point, so we were surprised the ties were such an issue. The person also began talking about research studies that she was participating in herself, her brain waves, and started to tell us how she used Ivermectin to treat COVID on herself. It was just a very odd appointment. Before we left she told us that she would recommend the person who would do the laser removal of the ties and that we had to go to that person. This made us feel like she was getting a referral fee. We left feeling very uneasy. We decided to to get a second opinion with a pediatric dentist. The pediatric dentist said our baby had a slight tongue tie, but that it was so insignificant that they would not recommend doing anything. The dentist said that he does tongue tie and lip tie procedures when they are needed, and he charges a very nominal fee to do so, but that our baby did not need any intervention. We were very disappointed with our experience and never went back to Amaryllis. read more

I was referred to this practice by my IBCLC due to my 5-week-old baby having a suspected tongue tie (Amaryllis confirmed he did). It was such a relief to meet Mrs. Michelle R. to help us with our issues. I immediately felt comfortable with the care and everyone's demeanor from the receptionist to the actual therapist Michelle. We only had 3 visits but all were impactful. I would recommend this to anyone who is having trouble breastfeeding due to their baby having a suspected tongue tie or a baby who has issues feeding/latching. I learned about Amaryllis because I came here for my Certified Infant Massage Instructor Training. From my training with Cindy, I valued and trusted the integrity that Cindy had in selecting her team. This is the team that I trusted when our eighteen month old daughter needed a little help with walking. We came to Amaryllis and started to work with our Physical Therapist Kendra who within a month helped our daughter to walk. The care and support that we get with Kendra goes above and beyond what we expected and I am so joyful to have Amaryllis and Kendra in our life. read more

We took our son here for the last two years and honestly I'm not sure how they really helped him. Also, they are terrible at communicating, You'll tell one person one thing and they won't communicate that to billing or scheduling or whatever and then they blame you. You'll ask them to communicate with your child's school to create a plan for helping them there and they'll put it off for weeks and months with no results. Appointments get moved a lot with not much notice but they don't understand when you have to reschedule. Do yourself and your kid a big favor and look elsewhere. read more

I have been taking my child for four years here. I will say that everyone here is amazing. The OT and Psych are amazing. My child had so many countless problems and I followed what they told me to do and I gave my child the fire hose. The end result has been amazing. They take Kaiser and United Health. read more

So thankful for all of the help we have received from Cindy. She is absolutely amazing. A baby whisperer with an incredibly ability to calm even the most difficult of infants. Andrew had a rough start to life, with some surgeries and a hip brace, and she taught us some fantastic techniques for calming him at home and noticed so many little things that were going on with him that we could address at an early age. Andrew has had a ton of appointments during his first year of life, and visiting Cindy is by far the one that makes him the happiest. We really appreciate all of the work that Cindy puts in to helping our little boy succeed. read more

My daughter has been going to Occupational Therapy at Amaryllis for about 6 months now. Her therapist, Jill, is an amazing, caring, thoughtful, real-life problem solver. She cares about my daughter and my daughter about her. When we have successes at home my daughter asks me to call Jill to share the news! I love that. The staff at Amaryllis always seems friendly and accommodating. The center is well-equipped and has lots of parking. We are thrilled with Amaryllis. read more

Prior to finding Amaryllis Therapy Network, my wife and I were at the end of our rope with our son's behavior. He was kicked out of the home daycare he was in since he was a baby, kicked out of an expensive daycare/preschool thereafter, and shortly after starting kindergarten he was racking up suspensions. We felt as if everybody was against us and just wanted to give up on him. The school offered no support and told us to go the medical route. His doctor was quick to offer up medication and the child psychologist he referred us to just tried to push us into parenting classes. We knew that something else was happening with our boy, we were good parents and our son was a smart and compassionate boy. Finally, we got a referral from our doctor to Amaryllis Therapy Network where our first visit with Mindy Wolfe changed our entire outlook on our sons behavior. After just one session with him and documentation/videos from us, Mindy was able to pinpoint some sensory issues that he was experiencing. The way she explained what was happening and why he was reacting the way he had been made perfect sense, the puzzle pieces were coming together. The next 9 months we visited Mindy once a week. Not only was my son learning how to better control his behaviors, but I was learning how to help him satisfy his sensory needs through specialized exercises. The staff worked great together and were excellent at bringing the kids together in real social situations, which I believe helped my boy tremendously. I am pleased to report that the second half of the school year was a complete turn around for our son who is now getting ready to enter into first grade. We found that it is a lot of work and will continue to be a struggle here and there, but now we have the tools to better help our boy succeed in school and become a wonderful little man. AVOID Amaryllis Therapy Network. Amaryllis Therapy Network plays fast and loose with patient confidentiality and professionalism, in my opinion. And we believe the owner of Amaryllis Therapy Network has outright lied about our concerns on more than one occasion, incluidng her assertion in response to my wife's negative online reviews that she will meet with us to discuss our concerns. The owner of Amaryllis Therapy Network has not returned any of my direct requests to speak with her, and all of my requests pre-dated her online assertions that she will. If you have a legitimate concern with the care provided at Amaryllis Therapy Network, expect to get absolutely no acknowledgement or support from the owner. read more

We recently started taking our newborn son to Amaryllis after cranial sacral therapy was recommended for him. Jenn has been so wonderful to our son. She is extremely attentive and calming to our son during his appointments. After each session, we continue to see a huge improvement in our son's overall temperament, sleep, and ability to self regulate. Jenn has also given us some techniques to do at home that allows us to continue our son's progress each day. The staff at Amaryllis is extremely nice and accommodating. They have a great central location with tons of parking and a warm, comfortable, inviting office space. read more

I have been taking my 9 month old son to Jenn at Amaryllis since he was 2 weeks old. I cannot say enough about both her, and the facility. Everyone there is so friendly and kind. It's not a glamorous suite, but it's homey, clean, and cheerful. My son has a slew of issues, from feeding difficulties and food allergies, to a wide array of midline defects. She has been so absolutely crucial to his wellness, I can't even stress it enough. Without Jenn I feel breastfeeding would not have been successful for us, plus after he sees her he rests better, eliminates better, and feeds better. She is the most gentle, caring soul and just exudes the most comforting energy. My son adores her and I can't imagine a baby that wouldn't! She is such an important person in my son's life, I'm grateful for her every day. I've only heard good things about the facility and the receptionist always knows who we are and makes effort to greet everyone by name. It's just a great place with a lot of great people. read more

Cindy and Jen were exceptional in providing craniosacral therapy care for my newborn baby girl as we worked on nursing challenges. We saw incredible improvements in nursing the month before her tongue release procedure, and after the procedure I'm sure the easy transition to successful nursing was aided by the therapy they provided. I appreciated the way they put both my baby and me at ease, listened with focus and concern, and provided excellent care. read more
