I started coming in after I injured my knee hiking and was completely overwhelmed by the constant pain and the limitations that it was causing in my life. Chelsey worked with me for over 4 months on my recovery and was incredible every step of the way. Chelsey is a master in her field, providing a combination of professional care, great conversations and a positive go forward attitude that helped make a very stressful experience so much more manageable. Chelsey taught me a great deal about functional exercises and I'm now incorporating many of the PT exercises she taught in my weekly workout regimes. I owe it to Chelsey that I'm able to go to the gym, hike, bike, ski and do all the things I used to again.

Thank you to everyone at Altitude PT Wheat Ridge.

I was going there for about a year and let me tell you what, they cannot keep a single person on their payroll for more than a handful of months! in the timeframe that I went there which was about 11 months, I worked with six or seven different physical therapists who all had a different plan for me, which was pulled out of God knows where. There was one therapist that I worked with for two or three months that I really enjoyed working with, but just like everyone else, they were gone within a few months from the day I started to the day I was done, which was less than a year, there was only one single person that was still working there the entire time and I'm including the front desk! If you are injured and are going there for rehabilitation, I would probably give it a three out of five, but in my experiences, I give it a zero out of five with a do not recommend attached to it

I wanted to express my gratitude for Select Physical Therapy and specifically for the work Kiersten and I accomplished. I started with so much stress in my upper back and shoulders that my body was "locked in place," plus I have complex stress syndrome and Trauma where the trauma resonated in my upper back, shoulders, and rhomboids and traps. At one point, I wasn't able to lift my arms above my head; I wasn't able to turn my neck; I couldn't do yoga; I had no mobility; after I saw Kiersten, I progressed beyond my wildest dreams. I never thought I could have a normal upper back, shoulders, and neck, and movement, now I am back to 100%! Kiersten took a holistic approach to the patient, she was knowledgeable, understanding, confident, relaxed, and genuinely concerned about me and helping me to get back to life! She made it where it was not overwhelming to fix me, even when I went twice a week for 8-9 months, it was a beautiful healing experience. Kiersten reminds me of a doctor. She's so knowledgeable in every area and every muscle in the body. I was also having migraines and headaches from the stress, and she showed me where to relieve the pressure! Now I can relax my "head," release my stress and I have healed my back, and my body has allowed me to rest and heal because of Kiersten's dedication. I also had to have special care because of overwhelming circumstances, and Kiersten and Mace have been so patient and lovingly helpful. Mace is always efficient and there to help you in a pinch and she does a great job managing the front desk while working one on one with all the customers. Keirsten developed a compendium of exercises to stretch and strengthen each muscle we healed, I printed it out and I have a recipe for future success! I certainly love Select Physical Therapy, and they've changed my life, and I am forever grateful.

When I first came to DSR I could barely turn my head due to severe neck and upper back pain from muscle spasms. Dr James Cecil gets a special shout out. He is one of the most competent and kind providers I have encountered. I am a physician and wish I could have all my patients with neck and back issues go see him. He takes a comprehensive approach to treating which includes physical therapy and myofascial elements. There are many other wonderful providers who offer dry needling and sports massage. DSR also offers a membership package which includes access to their Im equipment including hot and cold tanks and cryotherapy. I would recommend this to anyone with chronic pain. You do not need to play sports or be an athlete to come here.

I would recommend any type of athlete or active person to check this place out and talk to Michael!

I've seen many chiropractors over the last 8 years between Denver, New York, Chicago and Seattle -- and no one has used such an integrative approach for my lower back -- not only in adjusting my back -- but in creatively thinking through treatments to help including cupping, tissue manipulation, stretching and exercise assignments, and form coaching to help me improve on a day to day basis. Having recently visited an unaffiliated chain clinic in illinois where the chiropractor literally would only administer 90 seconds of treatment and have you spend the rest of your time with aids doing stretches -- I had such a deeper appreciation for Dr. Wes's approach. And - he's an overall awesome human.

My Chiro appts have included active release, dry needling, electric stim and adjustment. They're super thorough and do their best to help you not be in pain. And they give you exercises to help you further. Scheduling online is super easy. I pay out of pocket and it's only $75 to see one of the chiropractors and $80 for an hour massage. It's really awesome when it works out you can schedule your adjustment and massage back to back!! If you're in any kind of pain, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment. The initial eval for Chiro may be more than $75. I don't recall what I paid for that or if it was higher. Either way 100% worth the money. Cara C

Bryce made me feel safe, and took the time to really understand what was happening with me physically, as well as emotionally (how I felt about my knee + my ability to heal). He put together thoughtful exercises for me to do each week + modified or added as I grew stronger. He made sure that I was consistently building muscle + pushing at just the right amount that allowed me to be safe, while also widening my scope. Bryce also worked hard to help me build up my confidence again, which was key for me to be able to effectively rehab and get back to the activities I loved. Not only that, but Bryce shared a book that he'd been reading (on the topic of pain + neuroscience) that really changed my perspective and experience with respect to pain. Bryce's wholistic approach not only brought about my ability to hike, bike, elliptical, and weight lift freely, but was equally transformative in understanding my body and how to better care for myself. I feel deeply grateful to have had Bryce as a PT, and that he continues to provide care to so many others.

Review for Bryce I…read morecame to Bryce with a pretty challenging situation. I'd torn my achilles for the second time (different leg) and I'd decided to do a non-surgical recovery. It sounds crazy but its something that happens a fair bit in Europe. It is, though, very new to America. I was pretty apprehensive about the whole thing and was afraid of making a bad decision. It's a long process to recover from an Achilles injury and screwing it up could mean starting all over again. Bryce helped in a lot of ways. He's just a positive guy first of all, and made me feel like we could figure this out. Then he went and started doing his own research and kept in touch with me over email. Next time I came in he'd found a good study that walked thru the non-surgical recovery step by step and modified it in ways based on his experience and expertise. He was confident we could do it and that inspired confidence in me. After that we worked at it for many months. It wasn't always easy - at times my leg failed to improve - but each time Bryce found a solution to keep that forward progress going, whether it was new exercises, using electricity to stimulate the muscles, or something else. Physical therapy is time consuming and hard and the other thing I appreciated about Bryce is he's a great conversationalist. We chatted about most everything and I could tell he wasn't just making conversation, which made the sessions fun instead of grueling. And he always mixed up the exercises to keep things new and fresh. I think working that mental angle is important to keep someone motivated. Today my Achilles is in great shape and I couldn't have got there without him. He's a great dude and I highly recommend him if you're trying to come back from an injury.
