I can't say enough wonderful things about working with Dr Jesse over the past few months. I'd seen…read moreother PTs in clinic settings before and didn't realize how poorly I had been treated there until I was treated so wonderfully by Dr Jesse. He truly listens to make sure he understands your pain and wants to make sure that you understand what he's learns about you and your body. He's flexible with my schedule, quick to respond and a true professional. And finally, he clearly knows his stuff; you can tell that he's passionate about physical therapy and how and why the body moves the way it does. I never felt like I was 'too much,' but that Dr Jesse wanted to understand my pain and work toward a solution. I'll definitely be back for periodic needling and couldn't recommend him more! Oh and his home office is so charming. I love being able to pet the dog on the way in and wave to the kids on the way out!

He took the time to delve into what was causing my pain and what I did to create the pain that I was experiencing . His session with me was a good hour and half, and he explained what I did and how he is going to help me. Other PT appoints that I have been to, just want to get you in and out so they can move on to the next person, not Jesse he really listens and cares about your well being. He has a great bed side manner and you can feel that he truly cares. Thank you Jesse your one session fixed my issue and if I am ever in need of physical therapy, he will be the first person I call. I have been to other pt's before, some I would highly recommend and others that I truly would not. To me it is obvious Charlie belongs in the former category. Not only is he is super accommodating, but more importantly knowledgeable. Charlie is very thorough and knows exactly what he is doing (he has corrected some of my behaviors which hindered my progress dramatically, which no other pt's have noticed/given accurate advice on). He takes a totally hands on approach and does not rely on assistants at all (too many pt's rely on undertrained assistants so they can bill two or three patients at once; in numerous sessions with Charlie I have always been the only patient and he has never once cut a session short or rushed for time, as many pt's who overbook do). He is kind, makes sure you feel comfortable and is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. My mother hates the whole idea of exercise in general but loves working with Charlie. Ultimately, he simply provides functional, inarguable results in your recovery, and not only that but is a nice person. I have not been asked to write this review but randomly saw a negative one that is the complete antithesis of mine and my family's experiences with Charlie, so I felt the need to say something.

BEWARE-this business is committing insurance fraud. I'm not sure if it's just the owner in on the…read morescam or the massage therapists and other staff as well. Based upon looking through other reviews online, it looks like this has been happening for at least 5-6 years, if not longer. In a nutshell, I had paid cash for a few massages, and was asked if I wanted them to run my insurance benefits to see if there was any coverage. I was skeptical (as getting a massage paid by insurance seems to good to be true!) But I gave them my insurance info and was told that I had 20 visits covered in full for the year. So I scheduled a few appts, while keeping an eye on the billing for my insurance. Bottom line-they billed my insurance for 7 different dates, and I only had 2 massages. In fact, they even billed my insurance for a PT eval, and I never had any PT at all. I'm not even sure if the billing codes that they did bill for are allowed by a massage therapist (or if they are just allowed by a PT (or PT aide, etc.)) Nonetheless, he then tried to tell me that I owed extra money for the massages (probably because the reimbursement by my insurance was not a lot of money.) And this was after having told me that the massages were covered in full. He is getting sloppy in his fraud scheme, because some of the dates he billed my insurance for were very random, including weekends. I did report the business to law enforcement and insurance fraud, but I suspect nothing will happen because the amount of fraud was not a lot of money because I caught it early. If you want to get a massage here, I'd recommend paying cash and NOT giving them your insurance or any personal information (in case they might try for identity theft or something more serious, given they have a lot of personal information.) Or, if you do let them bill your insurance, watch the explanation of benefits and claims filed like a hawk, to keep an eye on whether he is committing fraud against your insurance (and you.) Also, I'd recommend keeping a paper trail of all of this information and any claims that he makes about massages being covered or the deal that he makes with you about coverage. Fortunately, I have everything in writing, and he stopped pestering me when I called him out on the whole situation. This is part of the reason our healthcare costs are so expensive, because there are criminals out there committing fraud, and insurance companies are paying out a lot of money for services that never happened. It makes me so mad to think that people like this can get away with it. Based upon other reviews, I imagine he will try to slander my name or say that I'm lying or something like that. I can assure you, it is all true. So use this business at your own risk!
