We asked for a reasonable settlement to cover the expenses caused by the accident, but the process has continued to be delayed and prolonged. We have filed a police report and an FMCSA report, and we are continuing to document the situation and look into what additional filings may be appropriate. At this point, we are considering getting an attorney involved so that my mother can pursue all damages and expenses she may be legally entitled to recover. My biggest concern is that after such a serious accident, we have had to spend so much time trying to get this matter resolved. The estimate was good value and I felt I could trust them. His staff member Oscar came out and did the repair. Afterward David returned to check the work. They had 8 guys come out and repaired my foundation in two days. The guys worked long hours to get it done right. Did lots of work and cleaned it up and had it back to normal before they left in two days. Great explanations of their work before and afterwards. On the fifth day of this three to four day job, they finally were able to almost finish the job late into the evening, resulting in me not being able to have the plumber there early to fix a pipe that they busted. ($400.00 extra). The last member of the contracted team said he would wait for the plumber to finish and he would get the hole buried. As it was already getting dark, he decided to head home and said to have the foreman call him tomorrow and he would come back out to bury the hole. I contacted the supervisor on Saturday and told him that all that was left was a large crack in the driveway that needed to be filled in and the large hole left by the crew. He said that the hole was not his problem and it needs to be filled in by the plumber and he would do nothing about the crack. It has now been over a week and I still have a large hole in the front yard and a pretty significant crack in the driveway. If you want excuses and apologies than this is definitely the company to use. If you want a professional job than I would suggest another company.
