The guys who showed up to replace the roof did not speak any English, so it was a little difficult for us to exchange ideas and things I wanted done while they were here, without calling the home office. They left a mess every day without cleaning it up. I had to clean all the debris out of my pool every day to keep my skimmer / filter clean. Once the roof was done, then the hassle started with my insurance company and the back and forth trying to file for additional labor / contractor / oversight / GC / fee's / etc... It has been a mess now for 5 months and I've still not closed this out yet. Lesson learned here. I should have stuck with my local guys. Not someone looking to make a buck off the insurance folks.

Our family was looking to complete some extensive renovations to our home, mainly surrounding drainage and runoff from living on an incline. Shellie was quick to respond to our inquiries, and soon after we met Tyler who came out and did a quote for us. Several years later, after we secured financing and finally pulled the trigger on renovations, we emailed back to let them know we were ready to go. By then, our plans had changed quite a bit, but Shellie and Tyler remained absolutely flexible and willing to help. Replacing the roof was very important to me and a significant financial undertaking after both the hail storm of August 2023 and May 2025 that I deliberatly put off until a leak from the attic I experienced in the latter half of the year. The price was reasonable for class 4 shingles and solar panel removal on a 3-story roof. The roofing work was done on schedule. All planning previous with material delivery and removal were on schedule. The workers were diligent and thorough with removing the fallen nails after cleanup per my request. I also appreciate Daniel's office staff with scheduling and documentation with insurance working between me and one other decision-maker in the quote process. I really appreciate the work done and willingness to warranty inspect after a year.
