Juan the owner came by right on time to give me an estimate on cleaning debris from the gutters on my house. Using his ladder to climb up he inspected the gutters, and showed me the photos. There was little or no debris found and he suggested that the gutters would fill up and overflow in a substantial rain event. There was no work required and he did not charge for his efforts.
