i had some shingles come off and a small roof leak. i called good news roofing because i had seen that had great reviews. they came out same day and evaluated the two issues and gave me an extremely fair estimate. they said if everything looked good they could have their team back out within the hour. wild enough it was within the next 30-40 minutes. they fixed the leak, replaced the shingles, and repurposed the ones that had fallen off. they were extremely polite, fair, and knocked out the problem with an actual fix in what felt like no time. incredible team! i wish all companies were ran with this kind of dedication to their clients and for their employees. whoever is running the show at good news roofing, keep it up because you are doing amazing things for amazing people! thank you so much! read more

I had a great experience with Good News Roofing. Brook was my project manager for roof replacement and worked patiently with me throughout the entire process, providing clear information and helpful advice whenever I needed it. I chose Good News Roofing because of their excellent online reviews, and they truly lived up to them. What really sets them apart is how they take care of customers when something unexpected happens. During my roof replacement, my indoor ceiling paint began to peel due to vibration from the work (caused by a poor previous paint job). Brook immediately arranged a painter and had my ceiling repainted free of charge within a few days. I'm very satisfied with how quickly and professionally everything was handled, and I highly recommend Good News Roofing. read more

They put a new roof on our house and it does not appear to leak and has not flown off in the wind so far. That's what we were hoping for, so we're pleased. read more

It's rare when a homeowner's repair needs can be met with a business that cares about meeting that need, and doing so with ethics and values that make the experience worthwhile for everyone. Good News Roofing meets that high bar with grace and compassion. Our family had been on an extensive search trying to find the right company to do business with. We were looking for a local company that could provide a quality product, backed by a manufacturer's warranty, and at a price point that we could afford. We found out about Good News Roofing because of their affiliation with Atlas Roofing as a Diamond Level Contractor. After a quick inquiry, we were soon introduced to Micah. Micah took the time to answer the many questions our family had while researching roof replacement options. No matter what technical question was asked, there was always an attempt to deliver the information as quickly and concisely as possible. That level of commitment to seeking answers and providing options laid the groundwork for a relationship that was built upon mutual respect and honesty. The business interaction we had felt mutually beneficial and not at all one-sided. Further, the commitment Micah made to being open and honest with us throughout the process held true. We were never shy about asking for clarification on things we needed, and similarly, we received honest responses. Micah even made it a point to place a temporary tarp cover over a portion of our roof that had shingles blown off while we explored our options. As preposterous as this may sound in a weary world, the relationship we built with Micah felt like we were working with a trusted friend or family member. We consider it a blessing to have met and worked with Micah on this home improvement project, and wholeheartedly recommend Micah and Good News Roofing for your family's roofing needs. This is a business that puts values and ethics at the forefront of what they do. It is evident in the products they recommend, how the install crew is respected and cared for, and the care and respect that the entire team had for our family's home. Thanks again to Micah our Project Manager, and the installation crew led by Jesús who started the day early and finished by mid-day to deliver a beautiful, high quality roof replacement for our family. We enthusiastically recommend Micah and Good News Roofing for your roof repair and replacement needs. Thank you! read more

I had the best experience with Good News Roofing. Seriously the best customer service I believe I have ever received. Brook was my sales representative for the project and she did a wonderful job communicating, explaining the process, helping with the insurance portion, and making sure that overall I was satisfied with the product, why I absolutely was! Brook made this daunting process seem simple and easy. Would definitely recommend her and good news roofing as a whole! read more

I don't write reviews. This one I just must. I have had numerous roofs replaced in the 40+ years I have owned homes. It has always been a stressful fight, and I have always felt taken advantage of - that is until I found Good News Roofing & Solar. Brook Vallejo was my project manager, Jesus was the lead installer, and Stephen (the owner) also came by and introduced himself. Stephen came by again while they were installing the new roof, checked on the work, checked in again after cleanup, and once more weeks later to ensure all was still as it should be and I that had experienced no problems. Weeks later while Good News was doing my neighbor's house, I saw Stephen carrying shingles to the haul away trailer and cleaning up debris from the yard while the crew was hard at work. What owner does THAT??? Jesus my lead installer personally fixed several problems that remained from when the house was built (builder said it "had" to be that way) - he also installed every shingle that faces the front yard, and did it with pride and perfection. He is absolutely a master installer and has worked in roofing for many, many years. His leadership and skills show in every job they do. Brooke is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, polite, courteous, persistent and patient project manager I have ever dealt with. I had lots and lots of questions, to which she had or found lots and lots of answers. She was always available when I had a question, was eager to get up on the roof, worked directly with my insurance adjuster and literally did ALL of the insurance paperwork. All I had to do was sign my name. They sourced and installed exactly the shingles I wanted, added two solar powered vents in the attic ventilation system (they're awesome at cooling the attic), replaced the rain gutters and downspouts, and even provided contractors to fix other items from our storm damage. Good News did all they were supposed to and much, much more than they were required to. Above all, they did everything with a strong positive attitude, a can-do work ethic, on time and on budget. When the crew done with cleanup, Brook was still so focused on finding any remaining roofing nails in the yard I finally had to ask her to stop! While working, they took great care not to damage flower beds, vegetation and fences. When Good News was finished, the driveway and sidewalk were spotless. As mentioned earlier, I have seen this process more than I wanted to, but I can tell you for certain that Good News IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN! They just don't give up until the job is done as perfectly as humanly possible. Call them with confidence - you will love them. 5 Stars for Good News, and 6 stars for Brook and Jesus!!! read more

Absolutely the best roofing company. Honest and professional! I was quoted by 2 other companies that I had hail damage and needed a new roof. I decided to get another estimate and called Good News Roofing. Brooke came out, she is knowledgeable and explained I didn't; have hail damage at all, I didn't need a new roof. I just needed some repairs. Brooke took pictures of the areas needing repairs went over each item. After the roof was repaired she showed me pics and explained the repairs. I am so pleased with Good News Roofing!!! I highly recommend them. read more

Our roof needed work so we reached out to a couple of local companies. Good News Roofing was one of the companies recommended by our insurance as reputable. Brook came out to look at our roof and provide us with an estimate. Luckily for us, she took her time to explain the process. Even after we asked her several questions, she made everything clear and we understood each step. The crew showed up on time and in 11 hours, we had a brand new and beautiful roof. We're extremely pleased with the quality service and reasonable cost that Good News Roofing provided and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs roof work. Thanks Brook!!!!! read more

Our job was a small repair/enhancement. Good News was quick to come examine. Work was done within 24 hours at a good price by Juan.

I highly recommend Good News Roofing. The pricing was competitive. Our house was completely reroofed in one day with absolutely no mess afterwards. Steve is professional, a good communicator, and helped us to fight the insurance company to get a much better settlement. He always did what he said he would do when he said he was going to do it. He's an honest man, sometimes hard to find one of those now days. read more

On September 4, 2020, I noticed a leak on my garage roof. I made a claim with my insurance on that very date and a few days later was told to start looking for a roofer. I asked several neighbors for recommendations and many referred me to Good New Roofing, I contacted Steven, the owner of Good New Roofing, on September 7, 2020. Steven was at my home on September 8, 2020 and did his inspection. My insurance company then sent out their adjuster and he did his evaluation. He apparently didn't do a good job because my insurance company offered to replace my home's roof, but only repair the roof on my garage. After some back and forth negotiations with my insurance, Steven had to come back out to take some very detailed photos of the damage to my garage. Once my insurance received those convincing images, they immediately did a 180 and agreed to replace the roof on my garage as well. Once my roof was scheduled to be replaced, it was all hands on deck. Literally, there was a crew of about 6-8 guys at my home at 7am and they started doing there thing. By the end of the day, I had a brand new roof. Steve, the owner, was on site managing the job site and getting his hands dirty doing work as well. Steve is very attentive to his work and is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. Steve will do what it takes to help get your work covered by the Insurance company as well. I would most definitely recommend Good News Roofing to anyone out there needing a new roof for their home. read more

Last year, our house suffered damage from a Hail and Wind damage. We requested bids from several roofers and are very pleased we picked Good News Roofing company to re-roof our house. Throughout the initial bidding process, we were impressed by the professionalism of Stephen Burnham. He answered all our questions, educated us on roofing specifics and gave us the confidence to make this decision. The job was completed in a period of two days in between. The crew was professional, polite, cleaned the job site completely and gave us a beautiful new roof. We're most appreciative of their work and the results. We are delighted we chose your company and would recommend you highly to anyone in need of a new roof installed to the highest standards. We are extremely happy with our new roof. Others in the neighborhood love it as well. They loved it so much that 4 of our neighbors used Good News roofing last year and they all love there roofs. Stephen is very respected in our neighborhood and is a Christian and is always honest and upfront with any questions you have. I will always recommend this company to my friends. I am always excited to see his yard signs in my neighborhood and city. read more

We finally decided to put gutters on our house and at the recommendation of several neighbors, we called Good News Roofing. We left a message, they called us the next day, and they were here two days later to install the gutters. They finished in a day and the owner called personally at the end of the day and came to inspect the job the following day in person. They were so quick, very communicative, and a good price. We were really pleased with the job they did and the service we received. No complaints at all and I'd hire them again if needed! Highly recommend. read more

We are in the process of selling our home and needed some minor repairs to our roof. Good News Roofing came highly recommend by a neighbor. After doing a lot of research, we felt Good News Roofing was the right fit for our roofing needs. Steve was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a quality job at a fair price which is something we weren't going to get from any of the other companies we spoke with. We are grateful for his time and expertise and will be using Good News Roofing for any future roofing needs. I highly recommend using this local, Christian business! read more

Steve, the owner of Good News Roofing literally saved the day and my sanity. It was so much more than just installing a replacement roof. My husband has dementia/alzheimers. On August 2nd, 2020, Kyle experienced very high winds. Our roof being 16 years old suffered wind damage and many shingles came off. I fought with the insurance company for 7 months before calling Good News Roofing. He came out to see if it could be repaired as we could not afford the $8000 quote from another roofer. Upon review, he advised that he could not repair due to the condition of the roof, not only missing shingles but a brittle roof to try and repair would make the situation worse. I had almost given up with Hartford and he became our best advocate providing us with the information to relay to the company. He also dealt directly with the insurance company. After many photos, back and forth due to the company's unwillingness to replace the roof, they approved it in January. Steve's professional, considerate crew went to work and did a perfect clean up and we have a 30-year high quality roof that is simply beautiful. On top of all this, Steve is a very compassionate person and really went out of his way to help us get a new roof, gave us options and so much moral support when needed the most. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs whether repairs or replacement, gutter , skylight repair. The roof inspection is free. Best of luck with your projects. read more

Good News claims to be a Christian Business, but they are nothing but con artists. They installed and recommended the shingles they knew were defective. Now in the process of selling a house and Good News says it isn't their fault that inspectors, insurance companies and other roofing companies state the roof needs replaced after only 8 years. DO NOT hire these people as you will regret it later. read more
