This entire past year, Seitz Bros has been sneakily doing only the exterior without informing us about not doing the interior while I continued to pay the same quarterly dollar amount. I was later informed that Seitz Bros stopped leaving receipts too so I couldn't verify their service. To add insult to injury, I realized they stole money I left for cleaning services people previously. I called Seitz Bros on the phone multiple times and asked for a return call from a supervisor and never received one. I also sent several emails requesting a response and never received one. I'm quite shocked at how terrible Seitz Bros customer service has become. It wasn't this way in years prior. I am very disappointed in Seitz Bros customer service and actual operations and will look for a deserving company to give my money to. Shame on Seitz Bros for lying and unprofessionalism.
